Usyk in the amateurs got smoked by 5'6" welterweight Shawn porter who had weights in his boots to be allowed to fight Usyk. Porter said Usyk boxed him up in the first round and in the 2nd and 3rd rounds what did he do, put it on him, hit him on the chin and sent him running around the ring to pick up a decision win. Think about that. Shawn Porter did better against Usyk than AJ. Shawn porter was a welterweight with weights in his boots. ​​​​
