Pacquiao has done no one else has and likely will never be able to. In boxing there are weight classes for a reason. And thus being a champion in the highest number of divisions is undisputedly the greatest accomplishment in the sport.

Because he is, Manny is a fighter, for his size he should only be at 135 max. He went beyond that and started beating bigger guys in the welterweight division because that's where the money is. Any win in that division elevates his name in history and any loss wouldn't mean much because Manny is considerably the smaller guy in that division. Even Max Kellerman stated Pound for Pound has a case for being the best. ​​​​​​Pac is in the Mount Rushmore of boxing. If it's so easy to do what he did in the MODERN ERA then why don't I see other fighters doing a 40+ pounds jump across multiple divisions?
