He is 5’8” and probably walks around 175lbs or so when not in the gym. At least from what I remember him saying. I can’t see a fighter fight at his walk around weight class. That’s rare. Mayweather and Pacquiao did it successfully. But that’s Mayweather and Pacquiao, two ATG’s of their era.
Crawford, who iirc, walks around above 170 when not training. I could be wrong. He cuts a ton of weight to get down to a weight class he has a chance in. But if he went the Mayweather/Pac route, he would fight at 168 and most likely be, at best, a serviceable journeyman at 168. More realistically, he would most likely get repeatedly clobbered up there. As he did not look like he took Gamboa and Kavaliaskous best shots very well.
Crawford can comfortably make 154-160 without bloating up and he doesn’t do it. We all know why. 154-160 has Lara, Charlo twins, Castano, Derevyanchenko, GGG, Hurd, Andrade, Harrison, Munguia, Eubank, Lubin. Crawford is probably not too thrilled about any of these matchup’s. He rather fight smaller men like Gamboa, Pacquiao, Lomachenko, Gervonta Davis, Teofimo Lopez. And if he decides to fight bigger opponents, they have to C class fighters.
I still think Postol is his sole real good win where no one can really say anything bad about it. Otherwise his resume is very underwhelming.
Lol I don't like Bud but he's not huge for his weight class imo. Most welters walk around 170 if not more. Shawn porter has fought in the pros as high as 165. Errol would walk around 180 and is taller and has a larger frame.
At 160 he would definitely look bloated and he would be much smaller than the guys you listed who are noticeably much larger than him.

Salute bro!!
Hey I appreciate you man! Let's keep pushin' newness in the You Tube world in Boxing!
I appreciate you man! I try my best man.
After seeing Ugas' perfomance against Pac, I am really convinced Ugas is a threat now in the division against all champs, Bud and Spence man.
The welterweight division just got A LOT more interesting now man!

I honestly think Spence is done. Of course I will check out your YouTube
I appreciate you fam thanks!
I mean at this point it is really hard to say because of Spence's eye injury now. But I think he still has a few more fights in him.
We have to see undisputed at welterweight definitely.

Terence won’t even try to fight the best guys at 147
but he’ll go up 3 weight classes
okay lol
Facts man, Bud is and hasn't been looking good for a long time man unfortunately.
Seems like very very few believe in the guy anymore.
I can think of a dozen guys between 147 and 168 that I would pick over him.
Wow, sounds quite true though man, I think I can think of a little more than half a dozen that can hurt Bud

Wow, great breakdown. All facts here wow.
Sounds like Pac is retiring. Expect everybody from 135 to 154 to be heading to 168 as Canelo is the only cash cow left. Of course AJ but they can't go there.

Most welters / junior middles definitely walk at 170-180.
But the thing here is can they perform as well as they do at 147 if they moved up so much, probably not.
Manny got ko'd at 112 and what 115 and went on to be great..got dropped by a damn jab at 122 and was eating punches at 147
Pretty good counter arguments there
168? I'm a big Crawford fan but get real. 154 is his limit but he still got work to do at 147, don't walk away from Porter and don't let that little crispy wanker Arum fkk it for you either. If Porter or his master Al fkks it then so be it but make sure you want it boy.
Pretty well said man I definitely agree man.
Bud is a big guy though. Crazy he's able to get down to jr ww/WW.
My friend saw him at the Vegas airport after a fight Bud was attending and my friend was saying he was looking at least like 170/80
Wow, interesting I didn't know that.
Yet, I still think he would have major issues at 168 against top names definitely.
Bud thinks that he deserves more than he is worth and that people actually care about his opponent selection so far. He takes no risks and hides behind his promotional company.
That is very well said man.
