I can't see a prime GGG landing very much on a prime RJJ. However to make it fair would GGG be allowed to pump himself to the ears with PEDs like a prime Jones would of been?
Roy is too fast, too slick, too strong and too big for a younger ggg. Younger ggg fought extremely reckless and only relied on his power. He got away a lot because the level of competition was trash. Any version of ggg would get schooled.
Golovkin is/was a great fighter. I'm a fan but I always thought somebody with good speed and defence could beat him on points. Golovkin has a punchers chance but my money would be on Roy.
Prime ggg tied n defeated an entering prime canelo whos been blitzkrig everyone outside ggg. 2 things either ggg doesnt get enough respect n canelo is a beast forreal n now that in prime n speaking english talking shh boxing is bout to be elevated ggg was blessing to canelo made way better boxer n made canelo confident enough to speak english once realized his english was same level as ggg yet ggg spoke . whos match up would be best to see prime ggg vs jones 160 or prime canelo vs jones or ward
yeah all those wars with those granite brits hes been fighting, dont know how hes still alive!!
& his face after floyd wow never seen such a beating like that now or ever
Before ggg Canelo had already fought multiple champions & the p4p #1,ggg had faced guys on house arrest who couldn't afford 2 gloves to train with.:lol1:
but hes had a far easier career(strength of schedule wise") than Canelo already had when they 1st fought.(as in Canelo already had wars with the best

ggg's had 350 amateur fights LMAO, its amazing hes still going as good as he is
Ggg is & has been a great skilled fighter, but hes had a far easier career(strength of schedule wise") than Canelo already had when they 1st fought.(as in Canelo already had wars with the best & a loss in unfavorable circumstances.(because he conceded everything to fight Floyd & got schooled inside & outside the ring.)
Ggg to that pt had a very easy career by comparison fighting the likes of Lemuixe/Wade/WMJ/ Murray / Jacobs his best to that pt,& Murray before that
I love how someone having fought for 25 years, having sparred thousands of rounds, hours and hours of strength and conditioning, pad work, heavy bag work, thousands of miles running, hundreds of amateur fights, 30 something professional fights, is supposed to be prime at 35, just because they haven't necessarily ran the gauntlet of professional fighting. You got to be pretty ****ing stupid to not take any of that into consideration and assume they should be performing in peak physical condition. That goes for anybody who has put their body through that much over that amount of time.
NoBody said ggg was in his prime at 35,as usual you twist up whats said to fit your false narrative. I literally clarified that I AM saying wear & tear matters, rds fought without headgear in 3-4 rd rd matches vs children & amateurs matters,as does Canelo fighting grown men since age 15 professionally matter far more than ggg fighting amateurs & scrubs in 3-4 rd rd matches.
Its rediculous to pretend ggg wasn't at his career best vs Canelo/Jacobs just because you want excuses
In Roy's last fight at 160 he dominated a prime Hopkins.
Hopkins was still learning his craft at the time of the first fight with Roy Jones, however Jones only had one good hand for most of that fight.
