Why did USADA and VADA come about? Because commission testing is garbage. They wouldn't be needed if it was any good. Because they didn’t do “Olympic-style”. But they did for Pac-Thurman and Spence-Porter, probably Spence-Danny. So what’s you’re problem considering you’re cool with USADA and their checkered past in boxing?
