One of the most funny and underrated fights in boxing history.
Seeing one of the greatest fighters of all time in Manny get manhandled and thrown around the ring by Jeff Horn, an Australian schoolteacher with 17 fights, was truly a sight to behold.
Pacman had a smug smile before the fight, but that smile soon disappeared when Jeff Horn came on him like an Octopus.
While I believe Manny edged it out, Horn fought his heart out and both men were bruised and blooded at the end. Horn showed far more heart than Keith Thurman.
Pacman was growing content in his career, this loss lit a fire under his belly and now he is back with a vengeance.
Underrated fight tbh. Loved the Australian sun and crowd.
thats like saying lets give ward more credit for kessler or kovalev 1 when those were horror fests of cheating and bad decisions. why give any credit?
He stepped up and put that work on Manny.... Dirty obviously..... But he put up that work when he coulda just let the legend dominate him
I'm the loser?
Yeah, it's obvious. Look at your posts man. I feel embarrassed for you. It's obvious you're a complete scrub in real life and have to try to act like some cool guy on online. It's hard to watch honestly. I feel bad for you.
Sounds like the whimpers of a loser. Cat food for you until next month sonny lmao!

Yeah man, good one.....
Again, another brutal beatdown and it's only going to get worse.

Man, internet people are weird asf. Like in what world do you guys think you're 'winning' any of these exchanges. Just deluded people. I guess online, you get to act like who you want to be in real life.
Wrong again, what is this like 50 out of 50 times? You have a poor grasp of the English language you daft cvnt. Have a look in the mirror and wipe the dogwank off your lips.
Again, absolute cringe when English people try to talk trash.
He was definitely getting bored of fighting Horn and Vargas level guys. And Bradley 300 times. The move to PBC with top welters and a different vibe to it is just what manny needed.
Thanks for the nugget. I'm going to look up that fight. I thought Carl Williams beat Holmes but that was an aging Holmes tbf.
it was ridiculous. And Harold Ledderman was one of the judges. It was on Tuesday night Fights in 1997. Harris was coming off of a big ko win over James Thunder and Holmes was trying to get a fight with Foreman. That was the "big fight" everyone wanted, so they they screwed Harrris to keep the idea of that fight happening. Then Foreman lost a controversial decision to Briggs.
Self admitted troll. Back to the batroom with you mush and don't forget the towel for your face. If someone takes a pisss we don't want them to get jinxed by seeing your pockmarked mug. Tell your mum she can erase your loss on Linares next thursday. The boys got a regular poker night on thursday now. Wink wink, nudge nudge, know what I mean lad?
When English people try and talk sh.it, it just comes across as the most pathetic stuff you've ever heard in your life. Never admitted I'm a troll either, you seem to have a poor grasp of the English language.

90% of my posts on here are just me calling out rather absurd posts. You seem to fit the bill a lot there.
I forget which poster said Pac didn't ''let his hands go'' :lol1:
Pac landed twice as many punches.
Horn wouldn't have a face left, if, according to that impartial fight fan, Pac did let his hands go.
Lol stop crying
Not sure why you included a slip....
In literally every fight, a picture can be taken of both guys getting smashed.

What is this utter nonsense..
Everyone knows this was a hometown baking. Everyone knows that.
Dude was 90% wrestling in the ring in front of his hometown crowd in Australia. That alone should be DQ worthy if that was in Vegas. Not to mention. The referee feared for Horn's health in one of the later rounds that he wanted to stop the fight. Not to mention how Teddy and the rest of the world saw a robbery.

Everything is a robbery in the boxing world. The real robberies are often forgotten(fights like Larry Holmes vs Maurice Harris when Holmes could have very well lost 11-1 or 12-0 , but won) but every close fight that could go either way is a "robbery". The funny thing is that close fights in which there are split decisions 7-5 with swing rounds, these same idiots are crying because their favorite fighter lost..

95% of fights have 1 winner. We should all be able to tell usually who the better man is. The problem is a lot of people have a big problem admitting their favored fighter lost. They get too emotionally invested in it and have to see what they want to see. Literally every fight that goes 12 rounds, you have some fools claiming some sort of victory for their guy.
Horn starts the rounds strong (which is when Atlas is ignoring the fight and running through his lines of nonsense), Pacquiao finishes strong.
The funny thing is Atlas actually addresses a lot of that work, and says that it isn't landing. It's like wtf are you even talking about Teddy
