Anyone 135-147
Who does or doesn’t beat him on the list? (Opinion).
135 guys will be to small for him. He would overwhelm them. He’s big at 140 in the ring. He’s also deceptively quick too, so I don’t think the speed of smaller men would trouble him too much. He’s also got a solid chin. As good as some of the 135 guys are, I don’t see any of them having the IQ or maturity for that kind of fight at 140 yet.
at 140, he’s proven he’s the best.
147 is a totally different ball game. Some fighters make that leap ok, some don’t. It’s hard to tell. 7lbs is a lot at that size. I’ve no doubt he could be competitive, he’s a top level fighter, but some of the guys like Spence are boiled down light-middleweights with great talent themselves.
id like too see the Crawford fight though. Taylor arguably has the better resume and both undisputed at 140. The narrative that people use for Crawford being a top p4p fighter should in theory apply to Taylor too. Taylor would beat everyone Crawford beat at 140 and 147, let’s be real.
I don't know about 135lbs fighters because they're either significantly smaller or inexperienced, so I would think he beats them at 140, but the same can probably be said of most unified chanps a division above everyone else....
147 is a different story though, there are some great fighters there around his age, and I think he's an excellent addition to the welterweight division, but I would not go as far as to say he beats everyone at 147. I think Shawn Porter, possibly Ugas, Spence and Crawford beat him. I also think Ennis, Virgil Ortiz etc would be super tough fights for him as well and may beat him too. But he could prove me wrong. I like that Taylor is someone that has the balls and temperament to get in the ring with anyone, so I definitely wish him the best moving forward. We need more warriors like him. :boxing:
It’s definitely made the division more exciting. Great for Boxing. I would prefer the 135’s or 140s taking on the Challenge.
147s should allow Taylor to mature to 147s Division and fight then.

He beats Mikey, Stevenson, Haney, Loma, and maybe Keith Thurman. The rest beat him, with Ortiz laying the most brutal beat down in him.
Huh Wait wait, He beats BUD but doesn’t beat Tank?!?

hes about the only one whos fighting and beating the top guys in the division. most the names listed havent beaten anyone worth a damn
Yet, If he beat all of those names he would be recognised as P4P No1. If not No.2.
Hall of fame Career.
