So there's this narrative that Canelo should have multiple losses and that he always gets favorable scorecards but I don't see that being the case (sans the draw on the Mayweather fight lol).
Canelo had one judge scoring against him on the Lara fight...a fight that he clearly won imo...
Canelo had 2 judges giving him 115-113 scorecards on the Jacobs fight...if he lost one more round that fight would've been a draw
On the GGG fights, one judge scored against him, and on the rematch, a fight he clearly won, a judge scored it a draw
Canelo was beating Kovalev's ass and one judge scored it a draw and the other 2 had him winning by only 2 points
So im not sure where there's this narrative that you can't ever beat Canelo on the scorecards because the only fight he really lost was Mayweather
Canelo didn't get an undeserved victory against Golovkin the first time. It was scored a draw, which is very reasonable given how close that fight was.
I just keep slapping you around, don't I? No matter what argument you try to come up with. :lol1:
Only casuals believe that so stfu casual, biased, idiot
You know what fight he clearly lost. Even casuals know that. Be gone

"Canelo got a favorable scorecard against Floyd, doe."
"That had ZERO effect on the outcome of the fight. Canelo still lost by unanimous decision. What are you even crying about?"
"Muh Golovkin, doe.

Definitely agree. It's a fun joke & I think there is a Canelo lean, but every name from the biggest to the guy who draws crowds at local club shows gets a lean. I've said "robbery" too liberally myself at times if I had a guy winning a close fight on my card, but the reality is if it's a close fight there is usually some wiggle room to either guy winning.
Well said. If anyone deserves stroke it would the guy that’s letting his opponent earn more than he ever has or probably ever will. I’m fine enough with the GGG fight outcomes, even if I feel Canelo got more benefit of the doubt. A win for each would have done be just fine. My brother has rewatched the Lara fight a few times, the more he saw it the more he says Canelo won. In a close fight identical scores rarely agree on the majority of rounds. We’re just happy they had the same score but it shows they saw more differently. It’s not something the sport likes to dwell on. But it’s always irked me. Then again judging a fight is hard and eye witnesses are unreliable.
Lmmfao! WTF do you think we've been talking about junior? Take your casual @ ss on

Get back to me when Canelo actually wins a fight he clearly lost.
Crying about a scorecard from a fight where he got beat. How pathetic is that? Just listen to yourself. :lol1:

I thought Canelo beat Trout, Lara, Jacobs and I can see him getting the nod in the second ggg fight but there's no fa cking way he won the first ggg fight and there's no fa cking way he won more than 3 rounds vs Floyd.
I respect the post. Only thing I saw differently is GGG1 was 7-5 for GGG so a draw was acceptable for me. We agree on all the rest.
Canelo definitely did not win GGG1 though. And he lost wide against Floyd. GGG2 was 7-5 either way or a draw
Oh, Idk, fair judging in a sport where a single scorecard can make or break a fighters earning potential?
Spoken like a real casual.
Never mind.

Canelo still LOST the Mayweather fight as he deserved to. Who cares about a whack scorecard that had no effect on the final result?
He has never gotten a win when he shouldn't have. To this day.

Canelo has never been given a gift decision, where he didn't deserve to win and the other guy got outright robbed.
Even the first Golovkin bout was super close and a draw is a completely legitimate result.
The "Canelo scorecards" narrative is bullsh*t. Lazy thinking from people who are just looking for an excuse to hate him.
I agree for the most part except GGG 1 was very dubious. 118-110 is crazy. GGG won that fight 116-112 IMO, I do consider that one a robbery.
I thought he beat Lara clearly and felt GGG 2 legitimately could have went either way. No major issues with those cards, I think a lot of criticism of those results does come from hate like you suggested.

I stop reading when you wrote, "he clearly won against Lara" obviously you are a fanboy.

You're 100% right. That's what this is all about, those two specific scorecards.
Throw in the Erislandy Lara fight which was also super close, with Lara being extremely negative.
That's it.
Much ado about nothing but people want to blow it all out of proportion because it's Canelo.
There's way more too it than those fights I already posted you that article last week on canelos pre filled scorecards
The Canelo scorecard narrative is built around the Floyd scorecard and the 1st GGG scorecard by Byrd.
Canelo definitely lost to Floyd and a Canelo did not WIN the 1st GGG fight...although the draw was fair as was a slim GGG win.
Those are the only bad Canelo scorecards but when youre the face of boxing it goes under a magnifying glass

If you go into Canell fight knowing that it will be tough to get a decision against the cash cow and don’t go for the KO then that’s on you.
These pussies go into survival mode after the first few rounds just so they can cry robbery and the Canelo haters eat it up.
If you let the fight go to a decision then you better be prepared to live with that decision.
