Mayweather wasn’t bullying anyone , McGregor in fact got to rough for Floyd in tactics that would be legal in his own sport and warned . Are you suggesting Mayweather is stronger then McGregor ? Ha
Connor had never boxed before and got weak in the boxing match because it’s a different sport , anyone who’s boxed knows it takes experience in the ring to have boxing wind based around the rules .
Come on Connor rag dolls him in any type of strength contest .
Mcgregor was not strong on the inside, Mayweather bulled him about all night 'Mcgregor's strength was not transferable inside the boxing ring' He was not strong in the clinch.
If he was so strong, Mcgregor should of made it a rough house type of affair 'But he could not achieve this, because he was not strong enough'.
You already know all of this, you watched the fight.
If Mcgregor is so strong, how come Floyd Mayweather a fighter who weighed 20 pounds less than him? Was bulling him on the inside?
You would of thought Mcgregor would of tie him up on the inside, and hit him with rough house punches 'But he could not'.
I think you are overrating Mcgregor strengths, most mixed martial arts fighters are overrated by people as athletes.
You hear it all the time 'Look at that guy over there, he weighs 120 pounds and is a jujitsu master, he could be beat most guys weighing 250 pounds' Whatever.
We've had Floyd vs Kovalev and years ago Floyd vs Klitzcho I don't see a huge problem in finding some interest.
I just don’t think Wilder has the base . Fury is a treehouse, Wilder is a shrub . Fury has dabbled in MMA training or been around it and worked really hard in his WWE stunt and that requires athleticism .and is an inside fighter as well .
I think most guys in the UFC shoot in on Wilder and have little trouble taking him down ,McGregor is very physically strong ,just because he seldom uses takedowns doesn’t mean he won’t land them on a tall boxer who doesn’t even think skills are needed in his own craft .
Funniest thing I ever saw was a 150 pounder making Butterbean tap in seconds . Ha

They all know how to wrestle, until they get punched in the mouth by a 6' 9" 270lb gypsy.
As great as Fury is under boxing rules, he'd probably lose to a fair few MMA HWs even in a pure stand up fight as long as the full range of striking is allowed. Takedowns are the no1 kryptonite for a boxer, no2 is kicks to the lead leg.
Again, these scenarios are hilarious from the typical British wanks who've never touched a day of MMA in their ****ing lives. Its like you posters just live to fellate your faves.
Fuck off to the MMA section, you glass jawed jock strap sniffer.
Oh good lord you're a bozo. Thanks for making it clear that you've never stepped anywhere near a ****ing ring or octagon a day in your life. As someone who competes and wrestles pretty much every day, if a good wrestler wants to take you down, you're going the **** down...all thats needed is commitment. A simply sprawl is not ****ing enough to prevent the mere exhaustion of TDD without adequate skill and position.
Till is wank and his wrestling leaves much to be desired. He's also a ****ing middleweight. Just LOL if you think Fury is going to keep someone Miocic, Jones or even ****ing Lesnar off of him without a solid base of wrestling and BJJ.

Omm any fighter soldier 1st responder person who puts health n life in jeopardy has moxy some shh most ppl cant r wont do. Mma truthfully in the fight world is a different game if u want to be good to great U have to learn and be competent in 2 or more styles sometimes 2 maybe 3 striking and 1 or 2 ground. Its krazy plus look for n worry about takedowns kicks elbows knees. As a kickboxing cudos pain n pain punch or kick but if anyone ever been muay thai style its worse than a punch more power torque a conditioned. Muay thai my fav is ment to bruatalize you anyone been elbowed yea let alone need in clench. Low kicks to point cant stand yeah but still gotta go or fold. Love combat sports but unless you done both chill . lastly freestyle fight is mma so in other words now its equal justice for your adking the boxer to fight mma instead the eventual former norm vice verse . if thats the case itd be more so jon jones or ngannou vs wilder in mma aka freestyle so clear win ngnannou by ko or tko ground n pound. Jon jones would just end wilders life in that fight via spinning elbow submission or tko. So the equal would be masdival mcgregor or nate diaz now porier vs canelo spencen crawford. Honestly give it another 1-5 yrs before we see more crossovers from both sports boxing needs rating n mma fighters need higher pay so face it mma does better numbers consistantly . ufc has mcgregor masdival who can give u 1m plus n possible with gsp pulling a mayweather retire talk bout fight add in diaz brothers khabib israel jon jones n possibly now porier as stars to move 500k -1m views . boxing has canelo n thats it. With mayweather occasional talks n maybea random pacman Fury nor aj sales big in usa. Even then anyone after sales less than amanda nunes look at #s she sales more than overyhyped spence. Ggg n crawford. Nunes does modern pac 500-600k numbers so yeah . truthfully the crossovers n exhibitions outside canelos vs legit opps fights r only things doing numbers for boxing. Boxing future is bleak in usa only way to save it in the usa atleast is check the thread
From what I could decipher your correct, Muaythai is the daddy of the striking sports. Punches, Knees, Elbows, lowkicks etc.

I saw the video of that sparring session. Till showed Fury how to sprawl to resist a take down and he couldn't take him down again after that. Wilder though, would probably have said, "Nah ... I don't need to learn any of that **** "

Wilder wouldn’t stop a takedown ,particularly a double leg you need good balance . No UFC fighter would toy with the idea of letting Wilder land a huge right hand .
Darren Till who’s 185 reportedly was able to handle Fury with take downs .
I don’t see why people think Wilder fares well outside boxing . McGregor is a tough guy and if people were watching last night know it was leg kicks that set up the loss .

No, but it makes the window of opportunity to land that punch extremely small.
Just needs to be big enough for a fist to fit through it ... a fist that only has to be perfect for 2 seconds.
:lol1:
It's a well known fact that learning how wrestle makes a guy impervious to being punched in the head by a HW boxer.

Hes too small and striking based to beat Wilder, a strong 170 and up wrestler like Usman or Colby would probably do it though.
Conors level of opposition has been far better than Wilders win or lose though, no doubt about that.
