I want to see David Benavidez back in the ring. Is there any word on who he might fight next and when? I think he is one of the absolutely best fighters in the world.

i think benevidez is most solid 168 n outside canelo but canelo isnt outmuscling benavidez so benavidez wins but seriously dude is fighting nobody boxing is a sham honestly champs should be fighting champs outside a mandatory there options should only be top 5 other champ or mandatory. Benavidez to get following needs to go after jcc jr or cinco de mayo at catchweight build off that mexican support then fight after when name is bigger come after jacobs then hype of benavidez would be there to where could probably sale n demand the saunders n plants outside when eventual canelo fight happens itd sale

Doesnt matter everyone knows Benavidez is the man at 168lb. EVERYONE. Ask everyone who they want to see its Plant to man up and face Benavidez. Plant isn’t ducking him. Sampson who promotes or manages Benavidez said it isn’t time yet for this fight. That was prior to him losing his belt on the scale, he definitely has the potential to be the best at 168, but right now he isn’t and he also need to live the life.

He should go to 175. Pascal would be a decent choice. Badou Jack could be an option too. I’d still like to see him fight Plant too.
