If he moves up to 168 it’s still not 💯 it happeneds and he he could vacate for nothing. Instead of unification fights before he retires.
On the other end Canelo might think easy pickings this time give him the fight and another huge payday win or lose.
He should be only looking for money fights imo.
He at the end of his career. So Canelo 3.
But he shouldn't be fighting bums in between then tho. . and that's where I have a problem with him

Out of those choices I would take Murata in Japan for big money and then see about a third Canelo fight.
If the Canelo fight isn't a possibility, and if DAZN insists on Andrade then I would make sure I'm paid well for the trouble.
He'll definitely never fight Andrade or Charlo. I don't anticipate him fighting any top fighters any time soon unless is Canelo for a cash out fight.
he had plenty of chances to make both of those fights
they said fighting Charlo made "no sense at all"... and they have refused to mention Andrade name
nothing like that will happen, they will fight Munguia or possibly Murata
His legacy is at MW. He should immediately fight Charlo to determine a new lineage in the division after Canelo broke it by vacating. IF he beats Charlo he accomplishes what he's set out to do, become the Middleweight champion.
Murata I see as a straight forward KO win for GGG. Andrade would be much harder. Not sure GGG-Andrade fight gets made as Andrade has food on the table with Liam Williams and Jaime Mungaia considering their WBO rankings. Mungaia would be a fun fight for GGG but I think it's only made if Jaime gets the WBO strap from Andrade.
Ideally I'd like to see GGG win all the straps at 160 and then try Canelo at 168 then retire. Charlo is the biggest test and the one he should go for right away.
Ideally, I would like to see Giselle Bundchen sprawling naked on my bed after leaving whats-his-name
Anyone at 160 is a good fight, they all ranked high - Charlo#2, Andrade#3, Munguia#5, Murata #6, Andrade, Munguia and Canelo fight on DAZN, so in 2021 Golovkin will fight 2 of those last 3 for sure
yea, Murata and Munguia LMAO
two guys who have very little chance, and two fights that nobody is interested in watching, for sure

- -Only certain thing is he sure ain't listening to U.
Murata is the easiest fight and it’s exactly down the line of the usual GGG opponent.
Andrade can show all the skills he wants against lower level opponents. Fact is he has decisioned all of his “best”names. Vanes, Brewer, Sulecki, Culcay, Freddy Hernandez, Alantez Fox. I think his best stoppage win was over Willie Nelson. The only threat he poses to GGG is that he may outrun him in the ring and avoid a KO, losing a decision to GGG and claim a moral victory of not getting stopped by GGG.
Charlo I think poses a real threat to GGG.

Let's see
Im GGG, so I'm old, washed up, my best days are behind me
I'm not beating elite guys anymore, I mean, I couldn't even beat a B level like Derev convincingly
BUT I can still destroy bums like Steve Rolls
best course of action is keep beating on bums, destroy several of them in succesion while calling out Canelo
my fans will overlook my level of opposition, like they usually do, all while calling a Canelo a ducker for not fighting me again
Knowing Canelo, he'll eventually cave in to the whining of his haters, he's done that before with the likes of Lara and Trout, and with myself. (as the cash cow, he could have avoided me for a while, instead of taking me on his very first fight at MW)
So I get the third match, I'll probably get soundly beaten this time as Im gonna be even more old and washed up, but I will PROFIT and CASH OUT
if I was Borat I would just fight another Polish sausage factory worker
This.
All I know is that I wouldn't pay 20 bucks to watch GGG fight another bum. I probably wouldn't even watch it if was free.
Fk GGG vs Munguia also. Such a shameful fight.
Well, Golovkin cannot count on objective judging against Alvarez; hence he would need to KO Alvarez; however, he's old and Alvarez's chin is good. These are facts.
no, that is just fanboy bullshlt
I would chase my own legacy, make my own path. Since those GGG fights, Canelo has gone off to 175 and 168, even if you are cherry picking you can add to your legacy in that way. GGG could have chase Kov (They use to train together I believe), he could have fought someone at 168 for a belt etc... No point in waiting for Canelo to move then you move. I think he only started having that mentality recently.
