Leonard wins easy, Floyd just doesn't have the tools to win, defense don't cut it against SRL.
Floyd would avoid him, cherry pick and duck.
Floyd's career was smoke and mirrors, beat champs (smaller, slower or past prime), the names were good but not the best available opponent. He also retired to avoid the 147 division when there was good fighters (P. Williams, Cotto and Margarito).
No reason to think Floyd and his fragile hands would hold up to SRL.
SRL would beat Floyd's ass, and so would Hearns, Hagler and Duran
If Duckweather had lived in the fab 4 era, he would have taken more vacations than Clark Griswold
Leonard was bigger, stronger, faster, more dynamic, and had the far superior experience against inarguably the greatest assembly of welterweights in history. Leonard by decision or late stoppage. Judah, Corely, and Mosley rocked Mayweather. Unlike those guys, when Leonard smelled blood, he went for the kill and ended it and clearly had more power than those guys.
We wont even go into the damage that Hearns would do to Floyd. Hearns would have face-planted Floyd for the full count.
Floyd has never even fought anyone near the level of Benitez. Even 10-title defense champion Jose Pipino Cuevas hit way harder than anyone Floyd has ever fought. Floyd might have decisioned Cuevas but if Cuevas had landed some of those punches that broke jaws, eye sockets, and collar bones, then the punches Mosely, Judah, and Corley landed that hurt Floyd would have felt like love taps by comparison.
I think Floyd was the best of his generation, but I agree with everything you said. I have a hard time picking ANY welter over Leonard prime for prime at 147 (on his best day). I think he and Robinson would even split wins and a 3rd fight would be 50/50.
I would love to see Floyd over Duran. I will take Floyd.. Floyd would never get lured into Duran's "type of fight". Like him over Benitez as well. Both wins by UD for Floyd.. Ray beats Floyd by UD. Hearns, who IMO is the "worst" out of the 4 would probably have the easiest time with Floyd just because of his length and height.
I don't know, if Duran is on his game, then he likely wins a close decision. This dude was a master boxer on the inside while being an hellacious pressure fighter. Truly depends on the day. But Duran for most is higher rated all time than Floyd for a reason.
Duran, even in the rematch against SRL was right in the fight. It was far from a blowout but that's what makes him quitting even more baffling.
I can't really call Benitez against Floyd. Too tough to call.
FWIW, SRL's brother told him that Floyd gives him hell and could have beat him. SRL said it would be difficult but he's confident he would pull it out and I agree with him.
SRL by decision over Floyd.
Hearns by decision or late stoppage if Floyd goes for it. But if Floyd wants to survive, then he will do just that.
Duran at his best over Floyd in a tight one, but this one can easily flip. Duran had some off performances and would get frustrated like he was against Benitez and against SRL in the rematch.
Benitez vs Floyd is THE tough one to call.

Leonard by Decision.
Floyd isn’t getting knocked out. People have too much ignorance inside of them.
But he’ll lose some rounds to Leonard’s 30s left in a round flurries.
12 round fight obviously. But Leonard will win maybe a UD but most likely an SD.

Leonard too skilled too fast , hits harder, has more weapons. Floyd has defense but you had to throw punches at Ray. Floyd is too defensive to win against Ray. Same as Benitez, but not as big naturally or fluid as Wilfred.Under no uncertain terms could Floyd keep up with Leonard's assault and combinations for 15 rounds. The late 70's/early 80's welterweights all fought up to 15 rounds. I don't give points to a fighter like Floyd just to assume he could 15 very hard rounds against explosive and or gifted welterweights. The last 3 TRUE championship rounds are the hardest to have great stamina in. Benitez was lightning fast and had a solid defense and would have given fits to Floyd.
