This is an horrible fight. I don't want to see anyone above 154 fighting this dude. You can't feel too good about that fight. This is a bad match up and a fight no one wants to see.
GGG is so poorly managed, I don't know who matches him. Or maybe he does. Either way, that person is severely out of touch. How do you feel about that crap? Please be real.
Your right G should just fight who he wants. He honesly is past his prime and should take on older fighters but the sadistic part of me would love to see him scare the hell out of Charlos & Andrade.
I think he should fight fights people ask for or want to see. I also don't think a Charlo fight would one sided. Don't think Andrade has what it takes to beat him, though.
No. I had no problem with G fighting Szeremeta even if he's a nobody. That was a mandatory. But big fighters usually up their choice of opponents once they reach a certain level. So, at this point, I expect G to either defend his belt of fight other champs.

OMG... Ever champion between their big fights. Fights a nobody who doesnt deserve the fight. Just turn on the tv on a saturday night. Happens all the time and its excepted.

Because he's an unproven contender who only fought 2 fights at that weight.

Mungia sounds like a good fight. Give the kid his break. G is past his prime.
No it isn't a good fight and I would be fine with GGG fighting an easier champ.
Tell Jermall Charlo to start pressing hard for the GGG fight then.
That is if he is really interested.
Yes, he clearly isn't interested when he moved up knowing he was going to be GGG's mandatory.
Munguia is a big 6 foot tall undefeated 24 year old middleweight with a crowd pleasing style. He is a hard puncher winning 29 of his 36 pro fights by KO. He is ranked 5th in the world by boxrec, 9th by Ring, 1st by the WBC, 1st by the WBO, 9th by the IBF and 6th by the WBA so he is a legit top 10 contender by EVERYBODY. I have no problem with GGG defending his title against a legit undefeated hard punching top 10 contender. How many other champions are defending their titles against top 10 contenders these days? Not very many.

I was a fan before he started ducking Ward. I'd spoken with some top guys at the American level back in the day. Everyone knew who he was back at the olympics, all our coaches knew he was the real deal. He'd beat all our guys and was legit.
Somewhere in between he failed to make the transition to the pros. Part of it is he got screwed by his promoters in Europe. I think he was so jaded when he came over to America that he decided to put on a fake good boy image, pretend he was all about fighting the best, when really he was just trying to market himself to get the lowest risk highest money fights possible. He lost me as a fan when he wouldn't fight Andre Ward cuz if he really wanted to prove he was the goods, he would have gone after that fight.
On Jaime. Terrible matchup. For once I just want him to take a fighter not named Canelo where most of the boxing public thinks there's a good chance he'd lose. Not to see him lose but just so he'd finally take a risky fight without big money attached to it. I vote BJS or Andrade as his next opponent. He'd gain a lot of respect back from me if he took those fights although I don't think he will.
