How Great Was Snoop Dogg?

That whole show was a Big FU to white viewers Way to turn off the majority of the population A white guy gave a black guy the worst beating of his life on that broadcast.

The whole night was fun even though not serious. Snoop was BY FAR the best entertainment and should be used for UFC and Boxing broadcasts in the future. Dude was hilarious.

He just sounded like one of your boys you invite over to watch the fight who doesn't know much about boxing so they make funny comments

I don't really find the guy entertaining at all. If it's about comedy hire some comedians next time. Dave Chapelle, Bill Burr and Andrew Schulz would be awesome.

Also regarding boxing commentators, they need to stop acting like they know it all @ just call the fight. There are plenty of time where they start describing or talking about something or about themselves, that they drift away from the moment at hand meanwhile the fighters are actually offensively landing some good blows or defensively slipping & blocking punches. Instead of sticking to the blow by blow they start talking about nonsense.

Please no more Snoop Dogg! Too much Rap music. Don’t get me wrong I’m from NYC we build this mother****er (Rap/Hip-Hop), but I am not a selfish person and do realize that not everybody wants to hear what I like. I personally believe & would of preferred to know & hear more of the fighters preparation & where they came from... & maybe other things interview there families as well. I feel it was just overboard @ onetime I thought somebody changed the channel to a rap concert.

Snoop was a clever addition to the commentary. I wasn't expecting to see him there at all, and having him there was a pleasant surprise. What I liked about his commentary was it was laid back and he didn't try too hard to sound like an expert. He seemed honest with his input.

Even if it wasn't a serious event, I thought he was annoying. It was like going to the cinema and being sat nearby someone who won't shut the **** up the whole way through. I think having a more laid-back commentary team for an event like this with more jokes and banter isn't a bad idea but it needs to be toned down a bit from whatever the hell that was.

Let's be real, this man stole the show. His commentating was hilarious and he put on a show before the main event. I thought he was hilarious along with Izzy. Can Snoop replace Lennox Lewis or anyone at DAZN?? 2 things you can’t play- boxing and with this pimpin. Just unbelievably great. Quote of the year.

I actually like his lighthearted jokes. It’s not a serious fight so it calls for someone like him.

Snoop made it light hearted and fun. No complaints. Wouldn’t want to hear him in a serious event though

Mora has no personality, that combined with his style is why he never was a star. You can have knowledge and no personality like Ward. My dream team would be Atlas, Tessitore, Paulie, Snoop. Lord it would be epic. Yeah good points about Mora. Teddy, as much as he is his own person just kind of rubs me the wrong way... BUT, he's no company man, so I can get behind that. I think it's mainly just that he loves the sound of his own voice so much and making extended analogies or using poetic devices to really illustrate his point. Though at the same time it kind of harkens back to another era which is cool. Tessitore has got the voice and animation to go with it, Paulie with the first hand knowledge and expert analysis, Snoop with the colour. I mean in the end I guess it is kind of hard to argue with a nice diverse cast of commentary to keep things interesting and not stagnantly devolving into fighting with each other like gossiping women. I'm drunk and over analyzing again :D

Smith dominates the convo too much though, and he did boxing once and imo sucked at it, he needs to just do talk shows. A lot of people don't like Tesssiore but I like his long ass winded intros and dramatic comments. He was also rue voice for Fight Night so there is nostalgia. But put SAS in another role not on the actual broadcast team. Like give him a role with Atlas where they break down the fight afterwards. Tessitore is so much worse now. He just over hypes things and takes it to another level. On FNFs he was better.

Find a way to get Stephen A Smith on that broadcast and that's the dream team right there...Minus Tessitore though, can't stand him. They're basically at the point of almost becoming "The View" ...a bunch of cackling hens attacking and arguing with each other. And none of them have any merit to their opinion, other than Mora who's actually been in there but can still be insufferable in his own way.
