Garcia can't win...his chance top prove himself, derailed due to COVID.
That was an unfortunate circumstance. We will have to wait. But he still has to prove himself. I was looking forward to the fight.
Exactly. He has to beat somebody in order to shift his position. On the flip side he will get fights because his popularity.

1. Lopez
2. Haney
3. Davis
4. Garcia
Lopez beat Loma, so he has to be number 1 over Haney. Tank has power, but his size will cause him to struggle against those other 3. The only reason I have Garcia last is because he has the weakest resume. If Garcia can beat Campbell in 4 weeks, I'll put him above Davis. If Garcia can become the first person to stop Campbell, I'll put him above Haney.
Lopez belongs and Davis belongs ONLY at 130. Haney didnt impress me. Garcia I dont believe belongs period but maybe he’ll change my mind with Cambell.
If someone glues Cambells shoes on the canvas. Garcia would kill him.

That’s true and Haney might end up stuck in the “high risk low reward” category
I agree and Garcia leapfrogs Haney if he beats Campbell clean

3 and 4 is a toss up between Haney and Garcia, edge to Haney.
I just recorded a podcast about this:
https://anchor.fm/whollisboxing/episodes/Episode-4-Thoughts-on-Devin-Haney-vs--the-other-top-young-lightweights-em6h8r
Based off record:
1. Teo
2. Tank
3. Garcia
4. Haney
Based off potential head to head:
1. Tank
2. Garcia/Teo
3. Haney

Teo - 1
I think all the other spots are up for grabs. Styles make fights but I would have to favor Teo against the other 3 at this time. Would put Loma 2 still. Garcia's length and power make him an interesting one to look out for. I like Tank but I feel like he can get kept on the outside if someone is good enough. Haney will be tough to dominate vs anyone but he also doesn't have a ton to his game at this time.

This is the list I would go with. I go more on what they have accomplished. I don't go by potential.

In what order do you put the 4 horsemen of the 135 division:
1.
2.
3.
4.
I just recorded a podcast episode about how Devin Haney matches up with the other three “horsemen”

Right now.
1 Teo
2 Loma
3 Haney
4 Garcia
Tank wants in that list? Maybe he should fight and beat a top Lightweight instead of not doing it but have Leonard Ellerbe and some PBC fan bints tell us he is anyway.
Yet u listed Ryan who has fought nobody. Interesting
Lomachenko is moving back down in weight, isn't he?
I doubt he wants to run through that gauntlet of fighters. He already dropped the WBC belt rather than have a Haney mando hanging over his head. And Haney kinda sucks.
Tbh I think Loma would have more confidence now. Let's be real Loma lost but his half of the fight was more convincing than Lopez half.
Right now.

2 Loma
3 Haney
