Gotta be careful with Bob though, I think he would for sure try to cash Bud out to Jose Ramirez IF Jose beats Josh Taylor of course
i agree with you completely
i don’t think bob cares. he’s got nothing for bud yet has to pay him millions for fights that net nothing. bud is crossing the street after this fight. it’s not even a secret anymore

Errol Spence already said that after Danny, he wants Pacquiao and Crawford. So Crawford may not need to leave. Pacquiao is turning 42 next month, and he hasn't fought in over a year. It seems like Spence either needs to fight Crawford next or move to 154 to fight Charlo.
Yeah Arum is not going to just let him walk over to PBC Undefeated with that WBO Belt So Bud better be careful

Fair pay? Arum has been paying him $1.5 - $3 million fighting the likes of Molina, Diaz, Lundy, while Thurman, Porter, Garcia didn't make that much until they fought each other, about $1 million each.
Fair as in the money that he could make if Arum was taking a massive chunk of it.
everyone who knows boxing, knows Arum does all of his fighters dirty when it comes to the money. That's why he carefully guides their career and milks them for everything they can get.
Keef has won one fight in over 3.5 years and just lost to a 40-year old. Danny's about to catch his 3rd loss in 6 fights. Stop overrating the PBC stable. It's not 2017 anymore. Errol Spence is the only meaningful fight over there for him. They can do it with a co-promotion. Al Haymon does not care about Bud Crawford.
it’s not gonna be a copromotion.
That's because of the quality of the fight. Khan is a bum compared to Loma and Lopes.
True but that's the point of promotion. You convince the casuals he's not a bum. The same way they convinced casuals and hard cores Lomachenko was the greatest fighter since Ali.
I think he's serious about leaving and he's not happy with his pay either. The promotion of the Loma vs. Teofimo fight really sent him over because he didn't get the same treatment for his PPV vs Khan

If Kell is locked in as his last opponent he should be good. That fight should be his last with TR if he wants to leave. And I suspect it'll be hard to rob him vs Kell. Kell is gonna take a beating vs Bud.
Plus Bud is more hood than he gets credit for. Bud will go beat up Todd at his house & hang him off the balcony til he gets released if it comes to that lol. He ain't doing court bs for 2yrs like Mikey.
If Crawford goes the ghetto thug route he will spend the rest of his days locked up. He doesn't want those problems with Top Ranks.
he will stay at top rank, fight bums, and he will get a free pass as he has his whole career.

It's the only way he will get fair pay and finally be able to fight the top level opponents.
Also sets up the desired Spence fight. Because there is no Arum in the way, milking Crawford's career, at that point.

Should probably keep that to himself.
Arum could rob him like he did Pacquiao in the first Bradley fight when Manny was talking about leaving Top Rank to make the Floyd fight happen.

Word. 140 will blow up soon, and some will move up and it will just be the same story. PBC’s 147lb roster is also looking like it’s about to lose its luster real quick.
Unless Crawford wants to be champ at 154. Now Charlo I’d be interested in.

The other belt holders at 147 are with the PBC. Crawford V Spence is the big fight to make in the division and Bud has had zero luck making that fight at a Top Rank FIGHTER.
Spence has made it clear more than once only way to make the fight is of Bud crosses the street and joins the PBC. Very strange demand which feels like it's coming from Al Haymon himself but it is what it is.
So yeah, id prob take serious consideration to joining the cult of Haymon too if I were Bud and wanted to get anywhere near those other belts.
