For anybody stupid enough to question Loma’s resume?

Loma basically just skipped to the endgame portion of a contenders professional career. You should be praising Bob Arum 1st and foremost for that because the fast-track wouldn't of happened otherwise. And I am a Loma fan who defended him a lot after Teo loss but I think your premise is a bit off. You are forgetting the commercial side of it.

Dmitry Bivol, Guillermo Rigondeaux & Oleksandr Usyk Usyk is the only guy in the same ballpark. Bivol as talented as he is hasn’t really beat anyone yet. Aside from the Donaire win, Rigo never got the opportunities he should have.

It wasn’t strictly under professional rules. As I said they aren’t even using pro gloves. I used to regularly watch the WSB it was always very amateurish, was far more about point scoring. but they used the 10 point must system.

come on dude. Loma lost clearly and fairly. Give Teo his credit. I would ask that you look at Loma's face regarding damage. Also, the body attack was long and sustained. Those shots count as well. He gave Teo the cut with a headbutt dude. No way you didn't see that. Loma gave up the belt rather than fight Haney. You can't put that on Haney. If you are ok with Loma avoiding Haney then its incredibly hypocritical to find fault with Tank for not fighting Loma. The world doesn't revolve around what Loma wants. He makes people wait and he is made to wait. No, I don't argue that he won. Like I said, he chose the wrong strategy and he lost fair and square. One could probably make a case for a draw but Teo did deserve to win because he put in the work and Loma did not. What I disagree with is that Teo BEAT him. Semantics, but you know what I mean

Not true. He had 6 quasi pro fights as part of the WIBA (or something like that) that weren't counted against his record. These were fights without headgear, against pros, with a 10 point must system. This is the kind of thing you need to point out. The way you frame this is to make it seem like Loma is a young fighter that just decided to jump up to top comp from the go without ever fighting. In reality, he had the equivalent of 6 pro fights before his official debut at 25 years old. The WSB is an AIBA tournament/league. AIBA- AMATEUR International Boxing Association. They are hybrid type rules that allow AMATEUR boxers to compete professionally but they still retain their AMATEUR status. They were not professional fights so just stop with the BS... Loma has had 16 professional fights, 15 of them have been world title fights. It’s unprecedented in boxing history, just deal with it...
