Montero is a biased clown. I used to converse with him years ago on another forum. Same. I used to chat with him on Doghouse boxing forum. I figured out then what he was about.

Really comparing the sht PBC has done to the sport to TR? And with the crumbling of PBC island you see these fighter’s scurrying out like rats to the mainland, they’re lucky the boxing world is still willing to work with them. Haymon will still be attached like a parasite for years to come though. You’ll see plenty of posts from me where I go in on PBC. But I also go in on Bob Arum’s bullsh-t too. (Ramirez ducking Prograis, Josh Taylor’s “injury,” the cozy WBO relationship, etc.) Criticizing Top Rank is something you’ll almost never see Michael Montero do. So he can stuff his crocodile tears about the biased boxing media up his ass. As far as I’m concerned I hope he never comes back.

Just a general question, dont want to come across like a loma nuthugger. But dont you normally fight at a heavier weight class/higher weight in the amateurs? Because amateurs have same day weigh in and often have to stay that weight for consecutive days in case of tournaments. Nothing wrong with being a Loma nut hugger, I just hate Montero.

Don't care about this, but all of us here know boxing fans are the worst. It's gotten to the point where I hate big fight nights, I much prefer being on the board to discuss small hall shows with the real diehards than listen to fairweather morons on here claim everybody and their mother is a bum after a loss. Loma/Lopez was a no win situation for the reasonable fans, no matter what the result was, you knew there would be 40 threads the next day claiming the loser sucked and the winner wasn't all that good either because he beat a hypejob.
