No way in hell you watch boxing and ask that question. Floyd was winning rounds while ya'll called it "running". Lomachenko was running and not throwing punches. He can't fight off the back foot and he can't transition from defense to offense or vice versa. The difference in this fight is he was in there with someone with athleticsm
and so as you...
he cant fight back? look what he did later on... he hurt lopez and look at his face. swollen and cut. loma had his chances but chose the early rounds to run like floyd. that's terribly wrong in his fight plan.
I'm not seeing enough "Loma ran" threads an i don't like that
Bro stop with the hate.
Were you excited for this fight.
Did both fighters keen your interest in boxing this week?
Stop with the hate bro.
Two great fighters put it all in the line.
Would you rather just see mismatched opponents with the outcome already known.
Stop hating bro it only reveals your age.
Quite sad but true. Floyd fought way more offensive and was labeled a runner for not getting hit much but actual running and cowardice is fine for Lomachenko to do. The double standards and hypocrisy remind me of Liberals but it's coming from Conservative lounge members on NSB.
Exactly. The overall problem is the sport of boxing it's extremely racial by nature full of racial undertones.
Another double standard is black fighters not allowed to talk loud or be crazy. But it's badazz or good promotion for others.
That's why alot of black fans are spiteful of white/European fighters.

I don't think 'running' would fit here. He was just not wanting to engage at all, he kept distance really well, where Lopez couldn't really land on him, but he didn't even try to land on Teo. Lopez would always land some in each round, and Loma hardly landed anything.
Idk didn't look like he was running at all...much more of a positioning battle and he couldn't find any footing at all until the 2nd half.
Yup. And ran damn near the whole fight. He ran until he couldn't run no more and had to actually fight. Even in the later rounds when he did press the action Teo would always get him off of him with one shot.
how is that any different from floyd's tactics? no pun intended.. just stating the facts. i see how people talk about his fight style against lopez. shouldn't you be proud that he is also copying floyd?
not a loma fan here though.

I went in rooting for Loma though I respected Teo's power but his arrogance really put me off. Ironically now Lomachenko's arrogance in defeat is having the same effect on me. When all was said and done, Lopez won me over and I was scared they were going to rob him with a draw or a SD with 2 judges giving Loma 7-5 cards. Thankfully that wasn't the case.

It's a double standard..... It seem like only black fighters get that label "mostly"
When it's somebody else ... It's wonderful boxing on the outside
Nah, Loma was scared when Teo landed the right hand in round one. It was a rude awakening.
I am inclined to agree but it wasn't the same intensity in his eyes. Was more like worry/anxiety early on
Requesting 1hourrun gif of Loma retreating with deer in headlights look... Almost like he was having a traumatic flashback to Salido
