rounds against a damn lightweight lmao. Aj dropped Ruiz and stepped to him the first three rounds. If Loma had been offensive he would have got KO'ed and he was scared to get embarrassed. He was scared to fight on the inside when he is the smaller man with the shorter reach and wingspan. Teofimo is quick and has speed but so does Loma. Meanwhile Joshua is over 5 inches taller, and infinitely less quicker with Ruiz having a significantly shorter reach and more compact punches but AJ wasn't scared to step to a damn heavyweight. I have much more respect for AJ now. Loma gave him way too much respect. I think Teo is more athletically gifted but so what, go out like a gangsta. Aj wasn't afraid to fight to his weaknesses and bang in the first fight, even when he was fighting a shorter and way quicker man. Loma was scared to bang and get knocked out. Soft!
But he had 2 gold metals and tons of amateur experience doe. He was also like 25 years old...
medals*
He is not a perfect fighter...what do you want me to say lol. He has faults like anyone else
When a person hates/loves a guy, they sure do see things differently.
Scared....
Pretty much.... Expect this Saturday fighy night high to last for a while smh
This whole ''Loma was scared'' nonsense....according to his team, they wanted to take Teo late into the fight. And that's what they did. Unfortunately, they put themselves in a deep hole. They didn't figure on Teo still being that dude in the early rds.
If they had it to do over again, I'm sure Loma would not wait.
I agree.....
Loma lost to washed up journeyman Salido
In his 2nd pro fight dude. Against a really tough game veteran. Being so over the top about that loss just exposes you. But go on. It's good to know who people are.

dude threw less than 50 punches for the first 6 to 7 rounds bruh
A scared fighter would not try to win in the championship rds. In fact, they would probably find a reason to quit on the stool.
There were no cowards in that ring.
How does a scared fighter fight like Loma did in the championship rds ?
I'll give you cautious, though. And let's not forget how Teo was talking about KO's.

Scared? Loma was patient and listening to his father. Even up to round 7 his father was still telling him to be patient. It was a stupid plan and I have no idea what he was thinking.
AJ's trainer told him the same thing. Be cautious. Stay on the outside, be patient. AJ a warrior though and wanted to go to war even and did so on the inside even though his opponent was faster, quicker, and and a better inside fighter with more crisp punches.
Is Teofimo a better inside fighter than Loma? No. Loma is more skilled. Teo is more talented though and powerful. AJ wasn't scared to lose and go for broke, and he lost though, but I still respect his courage and gangsta.

Look at who AJ lost to and who Loma lost to, and how they lost. One is a young stud and the other looks like he ate a horse. Loma was smart early and Teo was too dangerous. Loma couldn't get the rounds back at the end. AJ got sparked out by a 50-1 underdog. Lopez was like 4-1
