Wrong. Typically force majeure voids a contract entirely. That'd mean he'd have even LESS of a leg to stand on. Um, no. Frustration as a general rule will make a contact voidable. Force majeure clauses are included by the agreeing parties. We don't really know what the contract covers. You're right that the contract will probably be voidable (frustration). Just get out of the habit of throwing around legal terms that you only have a passing knowledge of.
