Everybody can beat everybody, there are no elite guys, you have about 15 -20 names that can all beat each other for belts. Crazy division.
But it is not better than welterweight because of that. Welterweight is clearly better with some elite guys.
What good is a division when the top guys in the PBC camp
don't want, or not allowed, to cross the street?
BTW, I think almost all of them are in the PBC house.
STFU, Charlotte vs Rosario.
What's with your weird negative obsession with PBC? You literally post nothing else.
Let's hope that Tszyu sparks the 154's up a bit then, 147 is only interesting because we have gramps still in there with Crawdaddy taking l-o-n-g breaks between fights and now lining up to 'fight' Brook which has to be the joke fight of the year.
What makes it crazy?
Who are the 15-20 names you're talking about here?
Name ten. Tell me what I'm missing.
Jermell Charlo
Castano
Michel Soro
Lara
Rosario
Hurd
Culcay
Adames
J rock
Lubin
Harrison
Kurbanov
Tszyu
Teixeira
Sergio Garcia...
Full of guys that are pretty much the same level.
Best divisions right now are lightweight, welterweight, junior middleweight/super welterweight and strawweight (just kidding lol although I would like to see more exposure for the little guys.)

Did the HW division get disbanded?
:wtf:
Jermell Charlo is the best. He only lost once and that was a bad decision that he avenged by KO. How many welterweights can beat Jermell? I think none of them. If Jermell loses then there is no dominant champ at 154 but I think he will win. I think he has always been the best at 154 since his brother moved to 160 and he still is. Lara is still good but at 37 he can't beat Jermell.I don't think 154 is so confusing. It's simple. Jermell is the best and the true champion. Hurd may be a flash in the pan and inconsistent. J Rock is not the best because of his weak chin at the top level. No boxer has ever knock down Jermell. His chin is solid and his power is very good now and so are his all around skills.
Check my archives and I said it first that the 154 division to me is called”No Cherry Picking Allowed”!
Everyone else said it was weak cuz nobody is dominating but I look at that as a sign that it’s competitive which is what the sport needs!
I agree with this if every division had fights where they are considered 50/50 and the belts never stayed 1 place too long there would be less people avoiding the big fights cause they are big fights at that rate.
Charlo just got his belt from Harrison that he lost to Harrison and Rosario got his from J Rock who won it from Hurd and honestly mix up anybody in that group alone and there is no clear stand out. Boxing needs more of this type of crowd.

Has been that way for years. :lol1:
Light Middle is an ugly division, caught between two of the more exciting divisions in Boxing, Welter and Middle. If/when anyone decent does show up at 154, it is more interesting seeing them moving up/down and taking on the challenges in those two other divisions.
