Just hope it's not a fight with Mikey Garcia or McGregor.
Not that I wouldn't watch, but there's better out there.
They are the easiest lets see what happens.
You know are absolutely right. I don't know what drives Manny Pacquiao or where his passions lie.
So, if he still have a love for the sport and feels like he can still do it then by all means let him continue to fight and follow his dreams. I wish him nothing but the best.
I sometimes confuse his situation with that of Floyd Money Mayweather; Who are both are around the same age.
However, there is no way in Hell that Floyd would fight a current boxer at an elite level at his current age. Whether it be an Erroll Spence, Jr, Terence Crawford or Jermell Charlo at 154.
If Floyd was currently boxing and recently off a big fight win he would be able to beat anyone in the game his weight class just as Manny can possibly pull it off, its not their age its their inbuilt dedication qualities and activity at top level.
Manny has been very careful who and when he steps in with.
Sounds like he might be running for President if the Philippines. That was always the long term plan.
Probably this. The incumbent is ineligible and the next election is 2022. Maybe one or two more cashout fights for the PacMan.
I hate exhibition matches, and cross-code matchups
rather re-watch the truckload of great fights from the past than that shlt
but yea, I wanna see Conor get a pac-spanking... and Im def gonna watch Roy/Mike
wtf is wrong with me ? :lol1:
It's easy to say that from the outside looking in but Manny is still competing at a high level. All we can do is hope that he doesn't get old overnight against the wrong opponent and also that those around him will be honest if he suddenly falls off a cliff performance-wise. We look at his age and assume but he hasn't lost since the Jeff Horn fight and that was debatable. You know are absolutely right. I don't know what drives Manny Pacquiao or where his passions lie.

If it's Bud vs Pac I have suspicions. Crawford generates minor league numbers, Pac is the A side star sell. Don't rule out Pac and Bud making a secret deal, Bud plays soft and it's a draw or a Pac SD.
Bud needs a big payday and Pac is his ONLY option. Arum needs a big fight to generate revenues, Top Rank is down right now, Fury does not make the big money yet.
Pac and Bud has all the motives to be another Leonard vs Hagler fix, a Canelo vs GGG fix.
If it's McGregor and Pac, Pac will carry the leprechuan for the easy payday again.
Fact of the matter is all roads lead to Manny Pacquiao now, Floyd Mayweather has been flushed down the toilet though he disguises it as being fake retired. Truth is no one wants to see Floyd or deal with him unless he fights a threat who can't be bought off.
All roads lead to Pac man.
Just like Deontay Wilder was guaranteed to beat Tyson Fury in their rematch because the fix was in that time too right? Yeah ok....
Just retire Pacquiao! Boxing fans appreciate your contributions and achievements you've made to the sport. You had one Hell of a run and there's no need for you to ever compete again because you have nothing left to prove. I would rather you retire on top as the champion rather than be carried out on a stretcher by some hungry young lion. So please, make this your last fight and call it a career.

Ugh.... Yeah. Won't be good.
Pacquiao is not washed up like Ali was when he fought Holmes. Come on now, he's still good enough to win damn near every round against Broner and beat someone like Thurman.
Crawford will be the rightful favorite, but Pacquiao can compete some with him. May end up getting stopped late or losing a clear decision, but he won't embarrass himself in that fight.
Yeah I mean they only got 2 more spots for PPVs this year Nov 21 and Dec 19. Spence-Garcia, Pacquiao-Garcia, and Fury-Wilder 3 all rumored to be happening so looks like one either isn't happening or its being pushed to next year.
Probably Fury-Wilder III as Deontay had surgery this year.
You think Pac fights Mikey?
