did floyd easily beat pac? pac landed most of the clean shots while floyd struggled to land anything clean and gave up center ring the entire fight. also jeff horn beat pac right after so how can that be classed as a great win? does jeff horn have a better win than chavez too? what an era
Anyone without an agenda (this clearly leaves you out) can clearly see Floyd EASILY beat Pac
Man that would be a crazy fight . I would have to pick Chavez by late stoppage or decision . I think marquez counterpunching style would fall into chaves's plans . I could see Marquez having some great moments tho and making it one hell of a fight . Marquez was ****ing good at 135 . But he was also vulnerable. I could see him going down alot in this fight win or lose .
On the way to 80-0 did Chavez Sr EASILY beat any fighters the caliber on Manny Pacquio like Floyd did on the way to 50-0? Two different ways to look at it.

80 fights without a loss, much greater than Floyd’s 50-0.

JMM was NOT at his prime at 135
he was old and slow
shows how great he was to be able to keep up
too bad he was over shadowed by Floyd and pacquiao who also did well at older ages
Good one. Never really thought about this fight.
But I'd go with Chavez winning a close fight by getting in a KD or two against Marquez.
Then of course we get the rematch.
Marquez was never prime at 135... he was a career-featherweight
at 126/130, Marquez... at lightweight, I lean toward Chavez
Marquez was an extremely well-rounded technical fighter, a outstanding counter-puncher, and one of the best combination punchers you will ever see... the dude would keep Chavez extremely honest, believe that
I believe you got it right.
Marquez is great but Chavez was greater in my opinion. Chavez won 80 fights without a loss and he fought them all. In his prime he was never knocked down or badly hurt and he had a relentless vicious attack nobody could handle.
