What are your plans for Anthony Joshua then? Will you still support him and be a fan of his knowing that he is a broken fighter, whose skills are on the decline and a washed up fighter?
Or would you just simply run and hide and bail on him by jumping ship like many of you all did the last time he lost to Andy Ruiz?
Please discuss!
That's good. I couldn't have been more proud of them because they are the ones that are help keeping the sport alive and relevant. Boxing has lost much of it's mainstream popularity and luster among American casual fans.
However, I must admit that the pay per view numbers were a very encouraging sign that boxing is on its way back in the states.
Hope so mate. We need a strong US base of quality young fighters coming through.
I thinking the hw division catches fire it may inspire young athletes to get involved- all weights.
Kinda like the rise on popularity of golf some of the gunslingers like Woods and co gave impetus to that sport.
Boxing will always have followers in my opinion, the UFC is a differemt audience of viewers.
Who are we kidding?
This is about Wilder, anyway, isn't it?
It will always be anytime AJ is mentioned by Wilderites.Yes, of course it is. The haters were doing roll calls after the Wilder lost just to see who was here or had left and for those who still supported him.
I got his back, win or loose.
We are in together, in good times and bad times.
We don't wear 40p armor that weakens our legs in a 100m walk.
We are gladiators.Cool! You have my respect for that.

Firstly I don’t know anyone who jumped ship when he lost to Ruiz. His ppv numbers for the ruiz2 fight was more than fury vs wilder for example.
If he were to lose to Pulev then clearly, depending on the circumstances, we would have to re evaluate his potential position as the best heavyweight in the world.
Good answer but please don't act like that many AJ fans didn't duck for cover or go into hiding or just simply jumped ship after Joshua lost.
Many of them stopped being fans of his after the Ruiz fight and didn't come back or out from hiding after he won by regaining his titles.
Also, many started posting under false alt accounts to disguise their true identity because they were too embarrassed and ashamed that their hero had actually lost.
This place was so quiet when Joshua lost just like when GGG lost but it was a whole lot worse with the Golovkin fans I admit.

I certainly won’t be expecting excuse after excuse like wilder has come out with for his past two fights.Good answer but please don't act like that many AJ fans didn't duck for cover or go into hiding or just simply jumped ship after Joshua lost.

I'd like to see Joshua lose again.
So that Wilder will never hope of ever being offered $100 million again.

We know he lost to Ruiz Jr. even if no one expected it. Ruiz was a shorter, fat bloke but with good hand speed and a great chin. He was able to pull the upset. What does Pulev have over Joshua? maybe a lucky punch but that could be said for anyone...even Charles Martin.

Well if pulev beats him I will say we'll done pulev and I will remain a big Anthony Joshua will. He would have to do something much worse than losing to stop me being a fan.
I've seen my favourite football team lose hundreds and hundreds of times in my life time. I'm still a huge fan of the team.
When wilder got demolished by feather fist fury I saw many "I'M DONE WITH WILDER' threads and comments. Never saw any of that when Ruiz beat Joshua.
I think you're making it up? How many Americans would travel to Saudi Arabia to support their guy?
AJ took hordes of them.there on the back of an upset loss
It's a bit rich pointing fingers at UK fans. They follow fights and fighters a million per cent more than Americans do.

Shut up.
There were more rabbit punches in the 3rd rd of AJ vs Ruiz 1 than the whole Fury vs Wilder fight.
The shot that hurt Joshua was a TEMPLE SHOT. Those are 100% legal.
Rabbit punches are directly behind the head. Not a temple shot. Not legal.
There's no question that casual fans would stick with Anthony Joshua win or lose or through thick and thin. I was referring to only the boxing fans.
I remember when he lost to Andy Ruiz many of you guys ducked for cover and weren't seen for months until he regained the titles again. Many of you were too embarrassed to even be seen on here.
Then there are those who left Anthony Joshua and have never comeback. They jumped ship altogether. His support among hardcore boxing fans is nowhere what is what before he was defeated by Andy Ruiz.

What are you fucking stupid? Did you see the fight? Or you are just in denial one.
Fury rabbit punched, tripped, head butted, held Wilder in headlocks where he couldn't breathe and then he leaned his big fat, nasty, dirty, funky ass body that he hadn't washed in several months behind Wilder's neck and head area in order to help fatigue and wear him down.
If that's not cheating then I don't know what is. Ruiz didn't do that shit to Anthony Joshua. He beat him fair and square like a true gentleman and sportsman.
only fuccin stupid ones are the bi(t)chas.ses crying about it, last i checked it was you and the rest of the wilder groupies. FOH kid. Wilder rabbit punches but I dont see you gettin your panties in a bunch over it. EAD fanboi. Your menstral cycle is showing through your pants.
Hasn't happened yet.
If it did I think you'd have to give props to Pulev.
Honestly think AJ will bring his Ruiz 2 game to that fight. The next time we see Joshua in a dogfight will be in a unification against Fury.
A fight in that one suits him much better than it does Fury.
I've got a question for you, straight talk please:
If Wilder manages to win the WBC back, and doesnt take either of Whyte or AJ on after that (assuming no Fury 4), would you begin to get on his case for his continued ducking?

I have a question for all Anthony Joshua fans. What happens if he loses to Pulev? | BoxingScene Community
