If Fury beats Joshua, Wilder, Whyte and then retires...what is his spot as an HW ATG?

I dont think beating whyte would factor into anything historical or ATG I don’t know why Whyte keeps getting brought up

I would say hes probably top 10 all time HW at that point. - Basically ended the Klitschko era - Came back from "retiring" for years, ballooning up to 400lbs and being considered done, only to become the best HW in the world a second time. - Fought Wilder in America, got up from what looked like certain doom in the final round only to be screwed by judges - Fought Wilder in America again, this time with a totally different gameplan and absolutely slaughtered him Then add to that the Joshua, Usyk/Whyte whatever chapters. Honestly it wouldnt surprise me if it ends up as a movie one day.

Nothing left to prove against Wilder. If he beats Joshua, Whyte, and then maybe someone like Dubois who looks like the best of the next generation, Fury goes down as the GOAT British boxer and arguably the best HW of all time. DUNNO about all time but greatest of his era no doubt, ATG discussion list if most def assured and he will dethrone Lennox Lewis as the Greatest British boxer ever.

Well he would be the greatest of his era, but it is not a deep era 'Fury has won TWO fights at elite level Kiltschko & Wilder etc' That is not his fault, because the era is not deep.

If he retires undefeated and beats AJ and probably has a trilogy match with Wilder he’s up there with the all timers. Ali lost a part of his prime due to refusing to serve during Vietnam. Fury lost 2 years due to substance abuse and mental health issues. Can’t take away what he did last night. He told everyone what he was going to and walked in and backed up his **** talk. Respect to him.

Whyte was included just because Fury himself mentioned him as a possible opponent for the last three.

If Fury beats Joshua the way he beat Wilder - and I think he will - then he's got a better legacy than Lennox Lewis imo. And I don't say that lightly as I'm a big Lewis fan.

That would be an impressive run (including Klitschko who you didn't mention.) He would be the best heavy of his era with an undefeated record against better quality opponents than Rocky Marciano. Top 10 all-time for sure. Just how high in the top 10 would be open to debate.

Beating Whyte would not mean a lot. Beating Joshua, depending how he did it, would/could make him the best of his time. Best of his time is all any fighter can ever be. After that it’s just a lot of speculation.
