It’s fair to say the movement of people’s top3 has consistently changed over the last 24 months.
Now Ruiz has effectively been removed out the equation what’s your order for the top3 now?
Fury at no.1 because he came back and clearly beat Wilder, should really be the WBC champ right now. Also he dethroned Wlad.
Joshua at 2nd because he has a better resume than Wilder and avenged his loss.
Wilder has some good wins but unless he puts things right against Fury I can’t see him as the number 1 heavyweight.
Fury
AJ
Wilder
I think Wilder would get to AJ if they fought, but until that time, I have to put AJ above Wilder mainly because of resume, but also because Wilder is a one-trick pony and it seems possible that AJ could get past him. I don't see any way that AJ could get past Fury though
Interestingly boxrec still have a Ruiz ranked second despite his loss with AJ behind him still... not quite sure how that calculation worked
Must have been a timing thing before updating points because now ranked on boxrec:
AJ
Wilder
Usyk
Fury
Ruiz
Whyte
Povetkin
Pulev
Ortiz
Chisora
I honestly think aj beats fury and I suspect Fury won’t ever step in the ring with him.
Wilder can knock aj out cold, but aj is superior boxer and can still hit hard....
Fury can and possibly will beat Wilder on points next time...
In reality all 3 need to fight each other several times, mandos etc need to be forgotten
Completely concur with that. I think AJ beats fury. I think wilder beats AJ. And fury already beat wilder.
I do think wilder and AJ in particular have ability to win against anybody though.

1. Tyson Fury
2. Deontay Wilder
...
3. Anthony Joshua

In time I expect Oleksandr Usyk to be in the #2 or #3 spot.
