So, as has become common here, someone made up a lie to counter a lie. This place has become so predictable. I hear ya'. It's not like I believe sourceless stuff myself. Still if AJ is in fact knoking out sparringpartners, well that to is, besides being classless, not a good look. No way sparring partners will work with you if the work only consists of putting jaw to Joshua's haymakers….

I do remember how Edison Miranda KO'ed a de-hydrated Chad Dawson real hard 10 days or so before the Ward fight. That news spread on the internet and had some relatively credible sources behind it. I put a lot of stock into it and was one of the few to predict Ward would win by stoppage. The rumor was later confirmed by John Scully and others where only the hardness of the KO (or KD) was in dispute. So let me say that if there's some truth to the rumor and that combined with an evident weight loss, this would indicate trouble for AJ. Sooooo…. Where do these rumors come from? Yea, sparring means nothing other than who is showing restraint and who is not. Most fans seem oblivious to the fact that it's controlled practice. This "dropping sparring partners" talk usually means a guy is just an a**hole. Also, sometimes a newer guy is looking to show up a famous fighter he's been paid to spar with so he'll try to get in some hard shots. That said, I doubt they let AJ spar hard or let anyone reckless spar with him. Not after he showed a shaky chin. His coaches are going to look out for him and keep him safe for this fight. Sparring camp rumours, whether positive or negative, are basically worthless. Footage or it didn't happen.

What happens in sparring don't mean much. I mean it's sparring FFS it's not like they are in an all out war. What RedFoxx said is the truth.

Ive heard about 12 different rumours from AJ sparring. Lets see what happens on Saturday night. Not interested in training camp rumours when those rumours are coming from PBC affiliated PPL. They could be true, they may be lies.

Every rumour possible has come out of this camp. He's been injured too, apparently. Better to believe none of it rather than picking which bits you want to believe.
