I personally feel like she deserves a spot on any P4P list. :boxing:
nah, women's boxing is so thin on top talent, that she being dominant is not saying much. I don't follow women's boxing but I did follow a bit of the lead up to her fight with Christina Hammer. They were hyping this fight like it was a 50-50 fight, but Shields made Hammer look like a boxercise instructor. Is Shields that good or is women's boxing still lacking in top talent? I think it's the latter.
If it is a special for women only pfp list then yes. If you want to rank her in the top 10 with guys like Canelo, Inoue, Crawford, Loma, Spence, GGG etc I say absolutely not. Any pro male middleweight boxer in the top 500 would slaughter her. I believe in women's rights but they don't have the right to be rated better than they are, Women are not allowed to box men in open competition because the fights would be too one sided in favor of the men. The strongest men are always stronger than the strongest women and this can be proven in any athletic avent that can be timed or measured. It could be a mile race, a 100 yard dash, a swimming race, throwing a discus or shot, high jump, long jump, pole vault or anything else and the best men always beat the best women. Women do notcompete with men in tennis or basketball or soccer because they just are not good enough. Boxing is no different. So I say no pfp ranking for her unless it's against women and only women. She has no business being ranked better than the best male boxers pfp because she is not good enough and no women is.
