Can we have a Canelo fight not marred by controversy ?

He literally affects every fight with his prefight contract manipulations. Floyd and Pac each have one or two of these kind of fights but with the exception of Golovkin, Canelo has been allowed to change the terms of every single fight to favor himself. Then he denies it right up until there is proof, which makes you wonder if we aren’t just seeing the tip of the iceberg. How as a sports fan or even as someone who like to place a wager can you be okay with this?

You could give 2 pity rounds max to canelo. since you are new and cant score a fight, pity rounds are rounds judges hand out because they are looking to give a round to the guy getting his ass kicked, so if he loses a round but gets his ass kicked a little less than usual, sometimes the judges give him that round out of pity.

What controversy? He beat GGG clean in the 2nd fight, beat jacobs clean earlier this year, and beat kovalev clean with a well placed and accurate punch after breaking him down. Get some new material guys. Canelo may have some questionable fights with some guys like lara and the first GGG fight, but he has been consistently beating top guys right now.

It's because he is a diva who either cherry picks nobodies (Liam Smith, Rocky Fielding, etc.), relinquished his belts to avoid worth challengers (GGG), loses fights and gets the decisions (Lara, Trout), dodges fighters in their prime and then waits until they are older and still loses (but gets point victory, because his only way to lose now is a KO ), and he fixes fights (Kovalev).
