Saturday will be a big test for him as he faces Romero Duno.

If you don't already respect Ryan will him winning do it for you?
So Garcia has earned your respect?
Absolutely, shocked me that he just unequivocally destroyed him in the opening round!
Duno got too careless and decided it was a good idea to trade with the faster fighter at mid range instead of making it an inside fight!
Hopefully Ryan fights Linares next as that would be a clear step up in class!
I still don't understand why everyone was hyping up that Duno guy. Who in the motherfu.ck did that guy fight to make you all think that he was going to win/be competitive with Garcia or that he was Garcia's stiffest test?
Jayson Velez > Duno and everyone Duno has fought.
I expect Duno to knock him out in emphatic fashion so if Garcia beats him legitimately then he earns my respect!
That said I doubt he will do it, I think Duno clips him and ends it before 6!

worried for what? if he loses early in his career, it can be a blessing in disguise. Maybe he'll dare to be great instead of protecting his "0" when he's in his 30s.

This is a dangerous fight for Ryan. Duno already destroyed the career of 1 undefeated top prospect Chimpa Gonzalez. Chimpa not only lost and got upset he literally was carried out the ring on a stretcher. Duno has real power and speed and pressure. Duno can be reckless and get hit but he can hurt Ryan with 1 punch. If Ryan wins it will go a long way to prove to everyone he is a real fighter and not just social media hype.

- -Why U worry?
Duno will trouble Ryan for sure probably even pull the upset IF Ryan defense is not much improved with Reynoso
This is the first big test for Ryan for sure. Need to impress to get himself back up in that group with Stevenson, Haney, Lopez, Vergil Ortiz... whom all surpassed him and have progressed BETTER. 3 out of 4 are World Champions, while Lopez is about to fight for a World Championship vs Commey
Duno can punch, good on the inside, can generate a lot of Power on Short Punches on the inside and a NASTY body Puncher

To specifically answer the question, Nahhhh I don't think anybody is "worried" about him - like he's a hype job in over his head against Duno. Yeah Duno is decent competition for him, but he should win convincingly.
He's not the brightest of the rising prospects, but I believe he is a bit more than a hype job. Seems they are bringing him along at a decent pace.
The only concern I have for this Garcia is the relationship he has with his promotional company, Golden Boy. Something seems off with Oscar and crew, and I hope they do right.
First real test for Ryan. Golden Boy is putting him on the fast track to see what they have. If he's improved with the Reynosos, he should win. If he continues to leave his chin out there, good chance he gets ko'd.
I thought the Jayson Velez fight was a good test for him. Passed just not with flying colors
Duno is no match for Garcia, truthfully.
Duno is overrated trash, but it will look good on his resume. Won't even be Ryan's toughest opponent he's faced truthfully.
I think he'll come out with the W. Wont be easy tho. He trained out of his garage for most of his career people need to chill haha. Is the game going to his head? Yea but can you blame him?
