People don't understand Crawford had no choice but to resign with top rank

Crawford took the safe guaranteed money just like Bradley did. Which for Crawford was a mistake, the dude is a star. Bob has shown he doesn't know what to do with great black fighters. He pushing his euro fighters real strong, and Crawford is like 4th in his stable.

Wow. Crawford has to pay 2 promoters, trainer, sparring partners, manager, abs sanctioning fees? Plus taxes. If I were him , I’d be fighting 6 tines a year just to get free.

Fans may not like the decision Crawford made but imo it was a no brainer. When someone wants to overpay you well before your contract is up you have to seriously consider it. Crawford has a family and this is his job. He made the best decision for him and them.

Terrance Crawford was not a highly rated amateur,contrary to popular belief,he became an elite fighter after he turned pro,he didn't have promoters chasing him down like Spence or Shakur Stevenson did,so he took a deal with a low level promoter,arum brought him outta his deal to sign him to top rank,but his former promoter still gets like 15 percent of his earnings,people don't no that buds money passes through two promoters before it gets to him, on top of taxes,which is why Spence said he's willing to show tax returns to show who makes more,it's not even close honestly,I doubt haymon would be willing to keep paying the former promoter like arum is doing,so bud really had no choice but to sign back to arum I still believe “you on the other side of the street” is a BS excuse. “We don’t work with arum” is a BS excuse. Floyd and haymon said the same thing to pac for 6 years straight.. and when he was ripe for the taking they didn’t have a single problem working with arum. Explain that to me pls Heard that all before. Unless you’re a newbie you shouldn’t be new to this. Arum is making crawford rich if the other guys at PBC actually want his name on their resumes they would ask for that fight. Crawford is a legacy win for any of the WW right now... and you don’t hear any of them asking for the challenge

Had no choice? Of course he had a choice, no one put a gun to his head and forced him to extend his deal with Top Rank. And something a lot of folks choose to ignore is when he signed his deal, he was guaranteed over 3M a fight...Which at that time was a GREAT deal. Now it may not look as good with as much money is being thrown around, but that is using hindsight. A fighter never should sign with a promoter/advisor that they don't want to sign with. Crawford made a perfectly fine decision re-upping with TR. But he was NOT forced to do so.

They didn't work together,fury just signed the original contract Wilder sent before he ran to Espn,neither bob nor espn did anything,the contract was already in furys possession

Not buying it bro. He could of signed with anyone given his talent now. Forget all the past crap, what was his value when he could of been free on the market? You really don't believe someone like Haymon with deep pockets and influence could of bought out his other promoter? No I don't because greedy arum apparently couldn't,it's not just about having deep pockets,the promoter has to actually be willing to be brought out,just like fighters have to be willing to take step aside money

That's a good theory, but it's not factual. Even if the part about the ex-promoter being paid 15% is true, you lost me at "I doubt haymon would be willing to keep paying the former promoter like arum is doing." You REALLY think if Crawford wanted to sign with PBC that Al Haymon would reject him? It don't matter to me either way, they should all be able sign with who ever they want and expect to be in big fights. We all know which promotional outfit is stopping the big fights from happening and we know why. Crawford should not be forced to go to the PBC to take on the big names at the PBC.
