Most likely because there is an investigation going on and he may be charged with a DWI. I guess that they already know that he was DWI or not... My interest is only about his present medical condition...

Since when do we get official medical reports? Medical records are private. The PBC released their official statement on it. Spence is probably heavily bandaged up right now and doesn't want to be seen after losing teeth and scraping up his face. ... since Stevenson, for instance!?!
