Pvssy-G? Are you serious?? Fvk Pvssy-G, he a pokemon :lol1:
if canelo beats kovalev with no weight clauses etc, then he is a dragonite :) one of the best.
**** no. He has an absolute **** resume full of people he drug up, weight drained, and fought when they were shot. Hell he didn't even beat Lara or GGG and was gifted.
I am reading that posters believe he is HOF worthy because other HOFers aren't HOF worthy either. That is a very weak answer to the question.
Canelo has not convincingly beaten another potential HOFer. Is he popular? Sure, but so is Vanna White and she just flips letters over.
I would like to see him KO or TKO a Kovalev or a GGG and not win a dubious decision.
He IS HOF worthy & his resume is SOLID, he aslo beat Sissy-G twice so what's the K.O. for, shets & giggles?
I think both Canelo and GGG will be in the hall on the first vote. Canelo has never been a unified champ at 154 or 160 because he has never owned all 4 major titles. That's very hard hard to do and only Crawford and Usyk have done it.
Pvssy-G aint do shet to get in.
I thought GIGANTIC G beat him both fights but he will be in the hall of fame on the first ballot. He has been boxing's biggest star for years and that alone will get him into the hall and he has done enough now. If you study who is in the hall of fame lots of those guys did not do anywhere near as much as GGG and Canelo have done.
Pvssy-G, get it right.
I’d still like to see a clear marquee win. (as I don’t think he won either GGG fight) However, I think he could retire tomorrow and be a lock for the HOF.
F the dumb shet, he beat Pvssy-G TWICE.
Based on popularity yes. Resumes unfortunately don’t seem to matter as much as they did before. It’s the argument I’ve had about Garcia. You can have five notable fights or so in like 40 fights and it seems to be enough for some. I do think he’s a tremendous fighter and won’t get into opinions on some of the questions surrounding him and tests and drugs and the likes that’s not the topic here so it’s left for another day. Could he be HOF outright? I think he’s got the skills and youth to make it an unquestionable choice to induct but as I said yesterday I don’t think he sticks around all that much longer in the sport especially if he captures a 175 title.
I know you not trying to use that against Nelo when he does have a solid resume while at the same time you over here sweatin' Pvssy-G like he's "great" with a terrible resume :nonono:
No he doesn't deserve it. But, they will let almost anyone in today, so chances are he can retire tomorrow and be inducted on his first go around.
He does deserve it, you just hate great fighters cuz you always losing in everything.
Yes.
Results matter, regardless of what we think
Officially he beat Lara, Trout, GGG, Jacobs, & Cotto.
If that's not a HOF resume, then nobody has one.
I never said how good I thought Trout was or wasn’t (I think he was a solid title holder, not elite).
I was just replying to the guy who wrongly claimed Canelo didn’t beat him.
I know. I just think Trout's over rated.
I agree. Alvarez had a solid win against an undefeated Trout.
But Trout's only good win was Cotto and Miguel had already been beat down by Floyd and stopped by Pac and Margarito
Trout proved he wasn't a top guy by going on to lose to Lara, the Charlos and getting stopped by Hurd.

The fact you’re saying Trout should have been a draw is laughable. Canelo won clearly and I remember he dropped Trout hard too near the end of the fight.

didn't beat ggg or lara, trout fight should have been a draw, cotto was old bloated and past his prime (and still was a competitive fight), jacobs win was close.
plus he failed multiple drug tests.
he doesnt belong in hof ever.

Didn’t Hopkins at 160 have all four belts? Calzaghe did win all four but not at the same time.

Stop the dumb shet. He beat them all.
