so u just want to see the same old venues in america all the time
man u yanks are so insular
Please don't stereotype all Yanks because of one opinion, or even a few. That's the same as me lumping all Brits together, and I have never done that.
I traveled the Far East when I was 20 years old. I've been across the US a couple times. I speak Spanish and love all cultures. I treat everyone with kindness and respect. I work hard, live below my means, and consume as little as possible. I understand the world is more than the USofA. My church has over 400 ministries around the world. Even if I am not the typical American, most people I know are like me. There are still 100's of thousands like me.
A few narrow minded or biased people on a forum do not represent the majority or warrant lumping millions of other people together with derogatory insinuations.
It's not just you. There are several Brits on here that insult me on a weekly basis, and I have NEVER uttered a cross word toward any foreign boxer or any fans outside the USA, as a whole. NEVER.
I don't care what country you come from. There are good people, bad people, fat or skinny, open-minded or closed-minded, arrogant and humble, ugly and beautiful, ...all types of people exist in every culture and geographical location. That's humanity. It's also humanity who makes up and perpetuates the stereotypes, discrimination, prejudice, and antagonism that pit us against one another.
I realize that you are not the primary culprit on BoxingScene.com, that continually demonizes, belittles, and maligns the American culture and American people as a whole. There are 2 names I can think of off the top of my head who constantly generalize all Yanks in a negative and derogatory manner. Well pardon me, but I'd appreciate it if ya'll kept your remarks directed at just the guilty parties, or at least include a caveat that excludes Me, My Wife, My Granddaughter, My Mother, and Step-Dad . We ain't insular, gluttonous, fat, wealthy, greedy, or any other stereotype floating around out there.
I don't know how many "Yanks are so insular", but I imagine those kinds of people exist in every culture, in some way, shape, or form. I'm a Yank and I'm quite interested in other cultures, peoples, and life outside the US. Have you ever prayed in a Filipino thatch hut with a 90 year old family matriarch ? Or helped people evacuate in Burma during political unrest ?
Hong Kong, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Japan, Perth-Australia, Hawaii, Philippines, Mexico City, Tijuana, are a few places I have been to and experienced.
No, you want to see fights all around the world as long as they are in America. Are you not one of these people moaning about Saudi Arabia? Is that somewhere around the world?
I disagree with having this specific fight in Saudi Arabia, due to the opportunity for Eddie Hearn/Match-room to continue their assault upon the american market. 'Ruiz Junior vs Joshua is NOW a massive fight, providing the almost perfect spring board to continue their invasion of america with Anthony Joshua'.
The UK should be the last choice as destination for this rematch, Match-room has been there and done that 'This is not the time to be back tracking on their intentions, this goes for both MatchRoom & Anthony Joshua himself'.
I want to see fights around the entire world.
The stadium fights in the UK are boring, and overrated. I also think Las Vegas is pretty much overrated, tacky and lifeless environment.
If the rematch is in america, then it would be nice to revive maybe a old arena from the past 'Or try some new destinations within America itself' the country is massive.
But coming back to Match Room/Eddie Hearn and Joshua. 'They stated that they wanted to tackle america, now is the perfect time to carry on with that assault' as this rematch is bigger than their first fight.

Ruiz took the fight on 6 weeks notice knowing he would be drug tested while others (like Ortiz) turned that money down. He's not worried about failing a drug test. If anything he's worried about UKAD & BBBoC not informing him of a failed test by AJ & Hearn going ahead with the fight.
For somebody not scared you claim he is doing a hell of alot of worrying. So he comes from the most corrupt country in the Sport, America with the most drug cheats and the biggest proven robberies and he, and you, cry about not getting fair treatment?
They cried about the UK and wanted neutral, so they got neutral, and now they crying about that too. We have dumb moronic Americans trying to tell us in a fight between an American and a Brit New York would be neutral. I dont know how bad Geography class is in American schools but since when was New York not in America? Since when was America neutral ground for Amercan fighters?
He better bring an American referee with him, as some rubbish, paid off, referee such as Howard Foster or Ian John Lewis will jump in and stop the fight after Joshua lands two decent shots in a row. Our referees here are straight up garbage. I don't think he has to worry about the judges as he will get AJ out of there anyway with a decent ref.
nah ur just using it as a reason to bash uk boxing as thats the cool in thing to do around here on this forum dont try and act cute
so far u have said uk boxing is boring and over rated and now las vegas is too and u didnt like saudi either
keep telling us what u dont personally like u negative douche
Where do you want to see this rematch?
According to Joe Rogan who sat down with Ruiz. The Ruiz Joshua fight will be in England. According to the contract.
Rogan source is Ruiz
Is Joe Rogan the promoter?:*******::chairshot:thinking:
Not a american.
I want to see fights around the entire world.

It is as if Match-room and Eddie Hearn have got a sudden case of stage fright 'And they are recoiling back into the UK'.I have never really been impressed by stadium fights within the UK, their atmosphere and even the attendance numbers.
'I think people are bored of it, OK we get it? British sports fans will turn up and fill up stadiums' that is nothing new, that is British culture, it happened during the 2012 Olympics which seemed to break all records, infact I think the 2012 Olympics was more lucrative than the Soccer World Cup.
Eddie Hearn stated that he wanted to tackle america, so he needs to carry on doing that with Anthony Joshua. 'Or yes at-least have this fight on neutral ground, if you think Saudi Arabia is exciting' then maybe they can make the fight there.
In general am just bored of the stadium fights in the UK, they are overrated.

Oh no poor Joe, he has said something the PBC LDBC crazy crack heads wont like so put your brolly up cuz the hate is going to rain down on you. Good job your not black or they would accuse you of not being "truly black" like they did with Andre Ward.
Or hit up Saudi Arabia. A much more exciting option, IMO.

This is boxing not the Superbowl. Nobody wants to go to a place where you can't drink or **** hookers. Boxing is about debauchery. Leave that family friendly stuff to the Superbowl
American dont like to travel period. No Americans or Mexicans would travel to the UK or Saudi or anywhere. Dont be moaning about Saudi Arabia cuz you seem to have a problem with every country in the world other than Merrkka.
Personally i think the UKAD thing has got Ruiz panicked. Stricter testing laws in the UK. No wonder Americans dont like to travel. Juicing cheats want to stay at home where they can easily get away with it.
I am getting bored of these stadium fights within the UK.
Anthony Joshua & Team Match-room, need to follow through on their intentions of tackling america.
