Hearn doesn't want court. Court is lengthy and expensive. Court could take years with preliminary motions, discovery, depositions, etc. You don't just get a court date in a week. This court case could tie up AJ for damn near the rest of his career. Just look at the Canelo case. He just up and jumped his contract to sign with Oscar. It took All Star like 6 years to get an $8.5M judgement, only to have that nullified on appeal.

A-side is always going to dictate terms though, why would you potentially screw your percentage of $$$ gain?
