Honestly can you see anything more than just another boring fight?
Canelo vs GGG 3:
GGG will miss all his punches for the first 4 rounds.
Canelo is going to fight Mexican style again and embarrass GGG.
Canelo will deliver steady bombs each round.
GGG might land a few good punches but nothing as hard as Danny's punches.
GGG will never go all in because he doesn't want to risk it.
GGG's face will look worse than the last fight because canelo is simply going to want to murder his b*tch ass.
Canelo wins by providing GGG still couldn't do **** 36 rounds later.
Finally GGG fans will cry for a 4th fight because they won't stop untill GGG is either dead or retires.
Boring fight??? This is the biggest fight in the sport now. The last two were so interesting. I don't know who u are but u aren't a boxing fan if u don't wanna see trilogy. I had GGG winning 2 fights so far. No matter who wins the third it will be a war !
If the second fight is repeated, do you really think favor would tip in GGGs direction this time around?
At a neutral venue it could have gone either way, but I don't think a 3rd fight would be a repeat of the second.
The 2nd fight wasn't a repeat of the 1st and GGG has a different trainer now.
Compubox numbers for GGG vs Canelo 2. GGG out landed Canelo 218 punches to 169 punches. GGG landed more punches in 10 of the 12 rounds. He threw 700 punches to Canelo's 500 punches. STAMINA! So what the fuc are you talking about saying GGG misses all his punches the first 4 rounds??????
God blessed GGG with seemingly unlimited stamina. It's truly impressive and kind of freakish lol. If this was the 70s and fights went 15 rounds, I think for sure Golovkin would have won. But I kind of don't like that idea because the match then turns into a game of stamina rather than boxing skill and effectivenes. I think some people favor GGG because they saw his output and said that was enough to win. But I don't know.. I don't think even with all the extra output he was that effective. Otherwise he would have gotten a KO.
And sure do you blame Canelo for not wanting to fight a wall with unlimited stamina when you already beat him fiar and square. Also I know what you all are going to say.. So please let's not go there. Sure it was close but Canelo fought the fight he needed for the win and he got it. You have to give him credit and if you don't, its more because you'll forever carry the sourness of the first fight.
I agree that it can't be easy for Canelo to have to face Golovkin again. This is a boxing discussion board and I have to say I thought Golovkin won both fights.
In a 3rd fight, especially if it's again in Vegas, I'd hope GGG would go all out and just go for it seeing as how he left it in the judges hands and felt he didn't get the decision (personally I would've went all out in the 2nd fight and not give the judges the opportunity to fu** up again-but on his bad he left it to the judges). Either GGG can hurt him or GGG gets knocked out, but at least they close it.
The thing is if Canelo beat him so easily etc, why not do it again and just take an easy fight and shut him up one last time
I wouldn’t mind seeing a third fight, but i also don’t mind seeing Canelo fight Andrade for example. It’s just In my opinion nothing really changes. I thought Canelo won the 2nd 7-5 but i’m trying to see it from the other side. If i’m a big ggg fan then Idk what i’d expect to see differently.
Maybe fairness and justice for once?
Just because there's thousands of trash fans out there circlejerking corruption since it suits their agenda, I'm not one of them.
Looking at the way you word things is plain to see you are a serious GGG hater and Canelo worshiper. Canelo won a split decision by 114-114 115-113 and 115-113. That is a close as a fight can get and not be a draw. If Canelo can't win by more than that with the judges bought and paid...
Canelo won fiar and square. And just because the judge value style, quality, effectiveness and damage done over quantity, it doesn't mean they were bought..
I know your wet dream is to have 3 judges that score quantity above all but that's not boxing.
A decisive victory! Perhaps even by knockout; Especially if Gennady ever decides to target and go to the body more. That would help slow Canelo down and sap him of his energy and stamina.
All we need is better judging. GGG clearly one the first fight. I don't care how big of a canelo fan you are if you think he won the first fight or it was even a draw you don't know what you are watching. I had the first fight 116-112 and the second fight a draw. It should be Canelo who needs the 3rd fight to prove himself not GGG and I'm not even a fan of either of them really. Just love boxing.
If any of this BS was true Canelo loving GGG hating bias as hell MFers like you would love a third fight. Instead you are scared shtlees of a third fight in a neutral place just like Canelo is. Canelo is the one who is not aging well. He gassed badly in the Jacobs fight. He has bad knees, and a stamina problem and can't go 12 hard rounds. GGG has no such problems and he will knock out
yellow Canelo in the late rounds if there is a third fight. GGG always wins the championship rounds.
If we assume grandpa G gave it his all the last fight, because.. Well that was the whole purpose of the last fight, wouldn't he have KO-ed Nelo then?
They want to see him get K.O.
I mean it is the only logical outcome according to their logic of CANELO AGING GGG OUT. So by that logic the most freshes younger version of GGG was only able to get a draw, the less fresher version made GGG quit and ditch his "MEXICAN STYLE" moniker and took a LOST, a even older less fresh GGG will get KO, this is the only logical natural progression here of course according to GGG own fans logic. If any of this BS was true Canelo loving GGG hating bias as hell MFers like you would love a third fight. Yeah I think in 15 round fights, GGG would have just been really really tough to beat...would have been interesting to see him in those types of fights against some greats in and around 160.
Idk man I thought Canelo definitely fought better in fight 2...but scoring it rd by rd I had it the same score...8-4 to GGG...I had 5 clear rounds for GGG in each fight...and honestly (and I've watched them both many times) I don't have one clear and obvious automatic round for Canelo in either fight.
To me that is mainly a testament to how good GGG is and how hard it is to win clean rounds against him...he is just always scoring and working, mainly with his jab..but he is a good puncher as well, so when he lands they aren't usually pitty pat punches, they are scoring punches imo.
I do agree that some of the rounds where GGG had more volume, Canelo landed the better or best shot of the round...I certainly feel that way about the first 3 rounds of fight 2 I believe...but when you are getting outlanded 14/12 19/12 and 16/12 in those 3 rounds...I mean it's hard for me to automatically give the guy landing 12 that round.
I take nothing away from Canelo though...I think he is a great fighter and he is the money man so if he gets the benefit of the doubt, so be it...if he had ten losses no one would want to see him fight and boxing would lose money and interest as a result.
I expect to see a clean decision win for Canelo in a 3rd fight.
That's what I expected in the 2nd fight.
No way a prime Canelo should struggle with a 37 going on 38 year old GGG.
I think eventually one of them will break...and I think Canelo knows that and knows how tough that fight will be, and personally I feel he thinks he will break before he breaks GGG...just my 2 cents...I also would be interested to see if Canelo can win one legit in my eyes, so that angle is enticing too.
I have it 2-0 for GGG right now, both fights 8-4...would be interested to see if Canelo can outland GGG in most rounds in the fight, rather than getting outlanded in 10/11 and then 8/11 (1 tie each) rounds in the first two fights as well...interested to see if he can really outwork and outland GGG...Canelo improved in fight 2 so maybe he can improve in fight 3 and really get the W.
Honestly though I thought both fights were great fights...GGG always brings action which usually translates to a good fight, and Canelo is an excellent fighter as well, and his strengths help to counter GGG...I thought the first two fights were great theater, why not want another one? I'd like to see them fight until one of them gets KOed...and maybe even after that too tbh.
Kind of like Ali-Frazier...they have a grudge with each other and when they fight it is good action...I would watch it every time...the fact that they've gone 24 rounds with no KDs or KOs shows it is a pretty competitive matchup and who wouldn't want to see that...I do.

GGG adjusting his game plan on the fly...? GGG only has one game plan and thats to walk forward.
Go all in...? We saw 24 rounds where Abel was telling him "hey, we're losing here" , "we needed to do more" , and "stop giving him too much respect." If GGG knew he was losing I think he would have done more, but I think the reality was he had nothing left. Sure, we're all used to seeing GGG steam roll weaker opponents so I get it, you think he should be able to do that against Canelo at will, but that didn't happen after 24 rounds. Honest question, Why do you think GGG wasn't able to deliver a usually performance after 24 rounds?
Serious question - if GGG has one gameplan/had nothing left...why did he takeover in rounds 7-9 in fight 1...and rounds 9-11 in fight 2...Canelo's stamina issues contributed there I think...but G's performance in those rounds tells you that he certainly is no slouch at adapting...and also has great stamina...one of his best attributes is his motor/workrate.
And I mean come on man lol...he didn't dominate as well against Canelo because Canelo is a great fighter and most of G's opponents so far have just been really good fighters...but he still outboxed Nelo in both fights and should get credit for that...honestly I can't see how anyone can really find the rounds for Nelo in either fight to say he won.

Yeah and when he saw Canelo stood his ground he started using his jab from the outside, circling Canelo in the center of the ring and land power punches (especially the uppercut) in midrange. So no he doesn't only know how to walk forward
Yeah Abel told him they're losing and then what happened? GGG took over in the 2nd half of the fight. I think he thought he did enough to get the W. So did I and the majority of the boxing world. But it's Canelo he was fighting after all

Canelo vs GGG 3:
GGG will miss all his punches for the first 4 rounds.
Lol...I honestly scratch my head sometimes at some of the narratives put out on here ;)
I thought the first 3 rounds in the rematch were really tight...GGG outlanding Canelo but Canelo landing the best shot of each round...I've had it scored 2-1 either way after those 3 rounds.
But again...GGG outlanded Canelo in all of the first five rounds...and had a better connect percentage in 3 of those 5...with each guy landing between 25% -33% of their punches in any and all of those rounds.
The first rounds in their fights have been more competitive I agree...with Canelo being young and fresh and making landing some good shots to counter GGG's constant scoring...but GGG starts scoring early in both fights and then once the middle and late-middle rounds start, those have been all GGG in both fights so far.
GGG has had a 3 round stretch mid-late in each fight where he just took-over and imo ended the show.
Same shyt I was reading before the second fight; Canelo is the younger man and the better boxer, he'll knock Golovkin out blah blah blah. BS.
GGG at his age, when surprised by Canelo's game plan adjusted his own game plan on the fly, outboxed and hurt Canelo in the 10th and 11th.
He is and always was the better fighter and boxer of the two.
I'm expecting him to go all in and what's more important throw body shots, lots of them. If he does that he'll break ginger, guaranteed.

Would it? Who knows, 50/50 I would say...should it, yes.
One could argue that Canelo is the King of boxing and to beat the King you have to KO him or really destroy him, and that GGG didn't do enough in the 2nd fight (and maybe first...but honestly a draw was really really generous there for Canelo) to deserve a clear victory by those standards.
But just basing it on who actually won the boxing match...I mean I think those fights were as straightforward as Floyd beating Pac 8-4, or Kov beating Ward 8-4...good fights but a clear winner...GGG taking both.
