UKAD put their head on the block by not provisionally suspending Dillian and clearing him to fight. If he doesn't get cleared by the adjudicating panel too, UKAD should be dissolved and rebuilt from scratch.

Whyte is going to be cleared. That hearing would have provided the results of all the VADA tests showing he was clean. Dianabol is detectable for 19 days. He wouldn't have passed the VADA tests unless they're completely garbage and useless. Sweet Caroline... nah nah nah... bad times never seemed so glum.

He's leaning on VADA because Whyte didn't fail a VADA test. But we don't know when he was tested by VADA or how many times He said that Whyte came up clean on all the VADA tests and that UKAD asked for information about the VADA tests in order to decide whether to clear him to fight or not.

The damage to Hearn's reputation is as bad as that done to Whyte's. His pathetic attempts to defend his reprehensible actions are only making things worse.

Hiding behind confidentially. In another interview he says he couldn't notify the WBC because of confidentially and that's the job of the BBBoC. If that's the case then the WBC shouldn't be sanctioning fights in the UK. The WBC released a statement saying they still haven't heard anything from the BBBoC It’s utter nonsense. Hearn is just trying to absolve himself and pass the book and the IFL stooge is more than happy to let him. At the very least the man who’s life is potentially at risk should be notified. I mean imagine it was Rivas leaving the ring on a stretcher instead of Dave Allen. The fact Rivas was allowed to go into a fight facing a clear unfair advantage only a day after we were all cruelly reminded of the severity of this sport, tells you everything you need to know about the moral compass of Hearn and co. If Hearn is so righteous in following protocol, he could have postponed the show and waited for the outcome of a hearing. But we all know he chose to prioritise financial incentives over the safety of a fighter. What a complete and utter scumbag!

No problem, they will be back on a show six months later...However, he tried to say it would be disgusting if TR put Miller against Fury...When he let Whyte go on and fight Rivas without notifying their team. Forget the fact he has a bunch of PED cheats on his stable (no different than other promoters), but how are YOU not going to notify team Rivas and let them know what is going on? UKAD/BBBoC will only release a statement, or block a fight if a fighter is guilty. To determine their guilt 2 samples must be tested (1 in case of appeal). What if Whyte was cleared to use the substance which produced trace elements of PEDs by UKAD as treatment for something? What if he had 3 tests. 16th - VADA TEST (NEGATIVE) 17th - UKAD TEST (SAMPLE A POSITIVE) 18th - VADA TEST (NEGATIVE) In that case he's going to ask for a B sample and argue that VADA didn't pick up on it so maybe the UKAD sample is contaminated. If it turns out now that Whyte is innocent then it doesn't matter, the damage is already done. Confidentiality in notifying the affected parties.... that is corruption. It is a bad look that UKAD did not notify the authority on this fight, the WBC and Rvias. Regardless of the difference between VADA and UKAD.You cannot have dopers go unchecked then allowed to go thru with the fight. It defeats the whole point of testing in the first place.

Gotta say Hearn did a great job spinning this and putting ALL of the blame/decision on the BBBoC however, basically admits there was a positive test, just that it wasnt a positive VADA test He did a terrible job, it was laughable.
