This is just part of Oscar's troll war against Floyd. He will promote Wanheng as the "New TBE" as a way to try to get under Floyd's skin.

If him and CP Freshmart, Vic Saludar or the winner of Salva-Teduran fight him after their next fights that'd be cool. An IBO/WBC unification is available rn with Simphiwe Koncko who is also WBC #1 contender I believe. It'd be a hell of a debut fight in the states.
