He is overrated his entire career is based on 09-12 literally 3 years of weight manipulation and avoiding drug tests surely you don't belive that. or you really don't knw what you're talking about. manny pacquiao was a hall of famer prior to 2009. pacquiao's accomplishments at and around 147 must be looked at in the context of the rest of his career. he was a starving kid from the phillipines and began at minimumweight. he won his first world title at flyweight ffs. not my problem that you weren't even watching boxing before 2009 ;)

Pac one of the best fighters of all time especially at the lower weights...I don't know the ngga personally same as literally every other fighter. I have more of a problem with his fans than him...And the vintage HBO asskissing he used to get.

Why is this a question? He's had a ridiculously strong career, fought craploads of great fighters from Super Bantamweight all the way through Welterweight and usually won, typically in exciting fashion. All of that made him a cult hero in the Philippines too. Yes, his fanboys have been annoying over the years but it's really not hard to see why he has them.

Don’t get me wrong, I believe pac was most likely a drug cheat, but why does the criticism always start with “he refused extra testing doe”?
