do you shyt yourself in public for attention? I doubt there's any limit to how far you'll go, even at the expense of your dignity, to turn heads.
Fury in the 12th round against wilder is the definition of fitness... at any weight.
You have been duped by stories, Tyson Fury is not the first fighter to get knocked down 'And then get back up'. Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder was a fight fought at a snails pace.
You are reacting so strongly, because deep down you know what I am stating is correct.
Seriously, What is going on in this thread? I can go and find pad-work from numerous heavyweights right now that is by far more impressive than Tyson Fury's southpaw cross 'I can go and post some videos of David Haye's pad work etc'.
Tyson Fury gets most of his credit, from stories and some sort of bizarre Operant type conditioning campaign 'That is being churned out within the alternative media, and boxing community' I have been saying this for along time. People seem to just repeat stories, and urban myths about Tyson Fury over and over and over again. 'What this does is that it dupes people and it creates a illusion'. People actually believe that he is the heavyweight Floyd Mayweather, even though? He has only had two elite level fights, and has made zero titles defenses 'And thus-far for me he is a one trick pony a elite level, I have only seen him fight one way'.
Fury was in 60% shape for Wilder fight
He wasn't in condition to switch it up.
His feet did not do his defence in that fight, his body and head movement were his defence
Wilder is getting KO'd in the rematch.
I don't think James could become a top heavyweight boxer any more than any heavyweight boxer could play basketball as well as he can. They are two different sports that take different types of skills.
joshua started late in boxing and theres a few more examples. i think wilder played bball aswell, not sure about age he started boxing.
you cant start basketball late, too much skill involved.
lebron athletic enough to throw and defend punches.
Speed but lacks power and the strength of a super heavyweight.
Suspect engine also, all these top guys at heavyweights seem to have below par endurance. 'Wilder has the best engine, but even his endurance is not great'.
I wonder why?.Ruiz had somewhere and I thought Fury did switch? But I guess wilder too dangerous to be experimenting.
He switched once and actually landed a nice combination and Wilder went back to the ropes, then he switched back to orthodox. It was the only time in the fight that he really put 4 or 5 shots together.
I think it’s pretty clear now that Fury switches to southpaw when he wants to be more aggressive.
I think with him being only half fit against a very dangerous fighter, he stayed in his more defensive stance for pretty much all the fight. Now he’s in better condition, i could see him switch it up a bit v Wilder.
I expected Fury to do a lot of stance switching against Wilder. But his balance and coordination didn't look quite right, compared to pre lay off Fury. Maybe he was worried about not being able to pull it off and getting clobbered.
Ortiz had success so I also thought Tyson would. Think lay off was too long and muscle memory might take a while to get back. Things he once did automatically he may need to think a while now
I don't think he switched to southpaw TBH. I was expecting it in the later rounds, but it never happened.

Can't recall Tyson southpaw v wilder

He switched to southpaw very briefly in round 6 after backing Wilder up, but quickly reverted back when Wilder fired back at him.

Before the fight I remember hearing that Fury switches to southpaw when he feels comfortable. It’s not something he really thinks about, just when he gets really comfortable against his opponent it happens.
So yeah, you’re likely right. It was both guys most dangerous opponent.
He’s pretty fast for a dinosaur sized human. His speed and conditioning are what allow him to offset Wilders dynamite right fist.
Makes me wonder, could LeBron James, who I think is an even faster dinosaur human, become a top heavyweight if he dropped everything to train as a boxer?I don't think James could become a top heavyweight boxer any more than any heavyweight boxer could play basketball as well as he can. For a man his size Fury has good speed and moves well.
I don't think there has ever been a fighter quite like him in the history of the heavyweight division.
