Champions and winners dont need tune ups, losers do. GGG knows he lost. The sport is littered with fights where "champions and winners" have fought tune-ups. No one fights top fighters every time out.

GGG looked far from Mexican style vs Jacobs and both fights with Canelo. And California is pretty Mexican.

What an ass hole i dont know man... a trainer should stick with his fighter no matter what. abel didnt do that. abel talked all that crap pre fight then after the fight switched up and kinda turned on ggg... look at broner's trainer post pacquiao fight when broner was saying that he won, the trainer's put their heads down stayed quiet and rolled with the punches. that's how you keep your job.
