Trying to think of someone north of 230 that punched as fast as him, he even punches faster than most cruisers. He could probably make cruiserweight if he lost all his fat, and i don’t mean that as a dig at his looks. The guy isn’t even 6’2, he’s about 6ft and carries a lot of fat. I wouldn’t be surprised if he could get down to cruiserweight at all.
