Wilder fans, ladies and gentlemen.
I like how you didn’t dispute nothing I said because everything I said is factual and can be looked up on the internet or on YouTube, your choice!
AJ man fans people!
Ruiz having some success on the inside for a first few rounds, banging Joshua to the body but getting caught with an uppercut a lot. Then Joshua finds his range, keeps Ruiz at the end of his jab, and catches Ruiz with the right cross again and again.
Fight gets stopped on cuts in round 10. No knockdowns.
That’s more like it! I know little of Ruiz, besides his highlights, never caught the Parker fight live. I know AJ doesn’t always exploit his size as much as could, but he’s still 6’5” well over whatever Ruiz claims. I thought Tua was gonna be champ one day at first, but then he missed a couple big hooks on Lewis and got nailed with a telephone pole right hand. I appreciate the clean and straight to the point reply. Restores faith in these forums.
I actually think a lot people are sleeping on Ruiz. He has fast hands, throws good combos, has decent power and good chin, he's tough. Plus he's Mexican.
He'll make this fight entertaining for as long as it lasts. If it goes the distance I won't be surprised either.
I don't see it. He's credible, but I just don't see how he gets anywhere near AJ.
People like to have a dig at Hearn but I think he's played fans perfectly on this one. His message has consistently been "casuals will think he's no good, but REAL boxing fans know how good he is".
Basically he's made people embarrassed to admit that they think he's nowhere near AJ.
Ignore Eddie for a second... why would anyone think this guy is a real threat? He's had a good tear up against Parker. And...?
I don’t think anyone with sufficient knowledge of the 2 fighters would be expecting an early finish. Ruiz will almost definitely see the second half of this fight.
Smells like a ban bet
You mean if he just goes in there throwing like a wild man throwing haymakers hoping to land a big one? Ruiz has some skills, it will be tactical early on with Joshua working to set up his shots.
joshua doesn't need to do that. just stand ur ground and let ur hands go. ruiz's head and body isnt going anywhere.
ruiz is immobile. if joshua wants to stop him in one, he can.

You don't know sh#t about boxing
No way AJ gets the KO in 1 round. I think it will go the distance actually but it depends on Ruiz his chin. Ruiz is about as good as Parker. Fast hands with great stamina. If his chin is as good as Parker's he will also go the distance with AJ like Parker did. But if he can't take it yeah then he will go down but certainly not in the first round. He will bring a fight. Ruiz is way better than a Breazeale who got battered every second of every round vs AJ.

well wilder ducked the fight and 100 million so we know why that fight isnt happening. the fury fight should be made since he beat wilder anyway but i dont think they want that fight. fury is too slick
here u are again :lol1:

Wilder fans trying to re-write history, we know who wants the fight and who doesn't...
I expect this fight to last a few rounds before Joshua ultimately takes him out.

You don't get extra money for winning in the first round.
Joshua is more of a boxer then Wilder. He'll feel him out first.
Yeah but you know what will happen, he'll take Ruiz out in the 6th or something, and the Wilder fanboys will be like "Wilder would have taken him out with the 1st shot". Maybe so, but it's such a stupid and pointless comparison.
Almost like there's some kind of shame in actually doing some...boxing...
If AJ is as good as people say he is then yes, this shouldn't go past a round. AJ hasn't had a first round stoppage win since almost 4 years ago, against "The Irn Bru Warlord" Gary Cornish though. Also bear in mind that a lot of AJ's early stoppages were overeager referee stoppages against no-hopers. Don't be surprised if this goes a few rounds.

This, there's no excuse for looking like a pudding in the ring. Look at Fury two years ago, don't tell me they cant shift that weight.
Yep. I can understand Fury, he's 6'9. A guy that tall can only be so big, but Fury is quick, agile, boxes beautifully and isn't just fat. I mean guys like Miller, Kownacki, Ruiz, Arreola, and so on.
Joshua is going to come in and take his head off within 2 and a half rounds. I hate to sound like a hater but I can't stand fat heavyweights. Like dude, I can understand being a little overweight but you're a boxer, and it just looks tacky af to me. Shows a lack of discipline in a division where you must be focused at all times.

Can’t get more vague than that. What do u really see happening?
