Team Ortiz recently rejected the the AJ fight stating they were offered "Low Ball Money".. Turns out this Low ball offer was more than 12 times his highest payday... 12 TIMES!!! Reports suggest Hearn sent a final offer today in hopes Ortiz will accept for over 7mil plus UK PPV revenue which could potentially earn him over way 8Mil. The final offer has been rejected!! I do as well. I don't see DAZN making it in the long run but I could be wrong. All I have it for is boxing but they do have other sports on there which is where I'm sure most of their revenue is coming from. I have no idea how much money they are investing to be able to show these other sports but they are throwing a lot of money at boxing and I don't think they will get the amount of subscribers they want in order to sustain it. They have been very successful in other countries. They need to land one of the other sports leagues to really increase the US subscriber base.

I think Showtime, Fox, and ESPN are trying to wait out DAZN. They don’t see DAZN as sustainable. I do as well. I don't see DAZN making it in the long run but I could be wrong. There is no ****ing way on gods green earth with all the medical expenses Ortiz has he would just REJECT 7million. There is other factors behind the scenes we are not privy to. Am sure there are other factors, fact is before negotiations were even started rumours were, Ortiz would be blocked from taking that fight. I actually thought 2m dollars would be a great offer, as i don't really put value in the offer, more of a value in the opportunity to be a HW champ. And when rumours started that he was offered 5m i thought no way he turns that down, the PBC loyalists on here and in their LDBC world have been saying Ortiz was being ducked and how he is the boogeyman (Just because their man slave Wilder said so.)... But no boogeyman turns down the sort of money been talked about without someone in the background preventing him from taking it.

you do realize that mike coppinger has reported that Ortiz has been promised a wilder rematch which will most likely be on ppv right? you realize wilder is a champion right? and that if Ortiz wins he can bring a wbc belt to the table against AJ and get more money right? Dnt be a whole to believe Ortiz will be the one with the belt for the undisputed and I thought you are experienced in this boxing sport/business. Going by your logic or assumptions, Ortiz defeat wilder either by hook or by crook which I dnt see happening, hez going back in there for an immediate rematch which is a most loose. you do realize that andy ruiz is in negotiations with team Joshua and that hes a pbc guy right? its likely that Ortiz was promised a wilder rematch that will likely be nearly as lucrative as an AJ fight No way in hell Ortiz get 5mil fighting wilder. Nobody has ever gotten close to that fighting wilder except Fury, and that's cos fury sold the fight and brought in his fans. Ortiz has same fans with wilder... Where will the extra viewership come from?
