He looks really good. I don't necessarily need to see him against higher level competition to confirm. He looks like he's the real deal.

He looks good so far. He has to step his level of opposition up so we can find out.

I'm not going to assume he is at a level till he fights at that level. But if he fits at that level, the division will be even thicker. If he is that good, he might be avoided by guys looking for names with big paydays. That's where he has to have patience.

I love how fast they've moved him. 8/9 fights a year is what I want to see in a prospect. Too bad about his current promotional issues.

Hopefully, Spence doesnt move up to 154. Ennis is going to be a major threat to the top guys at WW. Ennis is definitely better than Kelly. Im not that high on Kelly tbh. By next year he could surpass the likes of Porter/DSG/Thurman/etc and be right up there with Spence/Crawford. I don't think Spence stays long at 147, probably by end of next year he moves up. Will Ennis get a shot by then? Unlikely, but would love to see it.

Ennis is talented defensively. Would love to see him against the next level in terms of competition.

I believe so. He's going to be an absolute problem for any of the top dogs by the end of the year, early next year. We still have to see what kind of chin he has, but if that checks out? Any word on who he's fighting next? He's looked awesome on Shobox. He has some promotional issues or something that he has to handle first, and then he will be back in the ring. Really sucks as he's been super active since turning pro. His father was saying they are looking to return in May, but only after all the issues are cleared up. That's the last thing a young fighter like him needs to happen.
