It's too frustrating dealing with the many excuses of Wilder, the ridiculously obstinate attitude of Finkel, and the obvious collusion with the WBC to allow him to keep his belt.
The WBC was supposed to be the most serious sanctioning body but they have drastically hurt their image with the saga of ducking that thy've enabled.
AJ is still only 28 and should be able to handle the best out there for a few more years (although Whyte, as 2nd beat at hw, does pose a risk). So hopefully fans get the undisputed fight after Wilder loses to someone like Breazeale or Whyte - if theres any justice Wilder will have to face Whyte before end of year.
Fed up hoping he will stop ducking, it's now about seeing someone else end his hostage taking act.
This opinion coming from someone who wouldn't say a good word about Wilder if he cured cancer doesn't mean a damn thing.
If both guys win their next fights the interest will be higher than ever. If not, the one who lost will have left more money on the table than any boxer in history.
Well, there's some truth in your post.
Tyson Fury has proven he is much better than Deontay Wilder.
Much better at what? Technical boxing skill? Sure. Winning a boxing match? Not so much. Wilder came much closer to winning that fight than Fury did.
imo its because hearn keeps trying to sign him to multiple fights contract.
They had a chance before with the whyte fight etc but they somehow couldn't guarantee AJ on paper.
so now its a one off deal or no fight imo.
also imo at this point in time if they can't sit down for a fight then its both of their faults
The more they win the better the money is for both, I think we all knew that. It was the crying from the beginning that it wasn’t about money that pissed me off, I knew Team Wilder never wanted that fight. Their narratives never changed from day 1. They wanted to let this fight marinate, just like Team Joshua. They just fooled a lot of idiots on here with the “What are they scared off” “We just want to see the fight” brigade... now it’s they can make 100m down the line.
It’s definitely diminished. For awhile there it was the biggest fight that could be made and by far dominated the conversation on Facebook and other boxing sites.
Nowadays a Spence vs Crawford fight is much more mouth-watering to myself and many other fans with whom I speak.
This fight is for the casuals and marinating is taking too long so people getting tired of it.
I dont give a fuk about this fight. Wilder isnt exciting at all.
It's hardly a handful of "Wilder haters"
He didn't have a very big following to begin with but many previous Wilder defenders are not saying "enough, stop your bs and fight."
All the reasonable neutrals, plus the frustrated legion of AJ fans.
Wilder is shamelessly ducking, let's move on.

A handful of Wilder haters does not drive the overall market.

"this fight will only get bigger", "it's time to marinate", "I want more money", "I lost my pen" - few quotes from Beyonce Wildher, the man who loves to marinate and lie to his retarded fans.

Boxing is nothing but a money-making scheme, with the fans constantly being played for fools. We get a couple of the fights we want each year, just to keep us on the line so they can continue milking us for every penny throughout the rest of the year, as we get Gary Russell vs TBA and Leo Santa Cruz vs TBA and Terence Crawford vs Top Rank Trash.
I love boxing, but boy do I hate boxing
Tyson Fury has proven he is much better than Deontay Wilder. The fight to make is Fury vs. Anthony Joshua. After that AJ and Wilder can battle it out for second place.

Seriously think the interest in Wilder to fight Joshua is starting to diminish | BoxingScene Community
