Fans who are big into PPV numbers / promoter business / Purse splits/ Wilder’s offer

I am more interested in seeing good fights. I don't care how much money each fighter makes or ppy sales the event does; Just so long as it delivers and is a crowd pleasing fight. That is all that matters to me.

We just want the best to fight the best, and ppv numbers, promoter business, purse splits and Wilders' rejection of the that offer are getting in the way of that.

When I see a PPV do 200k-400k buys I say to myself "Good for boxing! Half the people who usually watch the bigger fights are buying the fight while the other half are just watching on a stream like any rational person would do." And that is a very good thing for boxing. These fights on Fox, ESPN, or whatever other network doing like 2 million+ views, that's just because the people who stream most of the fights can watch it on their TV. There's like .01% of the US population that follows and watches boxing. It's been like that for the last 25 years or so. Good job Garcia and Spence on their PPV debuts, people who already watch boxing bought your fight because they buy all the fights or because they're Mexican, and the rest of us streamed it.
