He had to give up his title because the Massachusetts commission wouldn't grant him a licence, even though they allow oxylofrine out of competition themselves. They took the opportunity to get rid of BJS so the home fighter would have an easier shot at a title. BJS possibly didn't even know he took the oxylofrine. VADA added a note to their report saying it could have come from a legal dose of ephedrine in the decongestant spray he was using.

The UKAD has been exposed as a organization that can’t be trusted like VADA or the WBC clean boxing program! Yep i agree. Fury got a 2 year ban for failing a drug test. The fight after thattest should be changed to a DQ or NC. Unless Kiltschko has a serious desire to fight Tyson Fury again I don't think he should be the one pushing for their fight's outcome to be reclassified. And I'm guessing that he would say their fight should be under the 2 Year suspension time window for the failed test after the Fury-Hammer fight. Making that case is different than Hammer who is saying that their result would have been different if Fury was clean. Klitschko would just be saying that Tyson Fury should not have been eligible to fight, not that Fury can't beat him without enhancements. I wouldn't want to see Klitschko coming off like that.
