Even Hagler in his prime was before ‘83. The way boxers gain back the water weight today imo wouldn’t be of interest nor normal to Hagler from 84-85. He had nothing to prove, nor would he cut weight like a Crawford at 28 years of age walking around 160lbs but prepping camp for 135. Different times. Do you have any supporting evidence of what Hagler or Monzon weighed on fight night? Or for GGG on fight night with Canelo? I do. I think Charlo is the best available opponent for GGG. And he already beat Jacobs (close fight) and Canelo at least once. If he beats Charlo at 36/37 years old I don't think anyone could deny his ATG status anymore. Specially because Charlo will show after GGG retires that he is the best MW.
